Megan always responded to my emails in such a timely manner, and Alana, their in-house coordinator answered my bajillion questions during my first walkthrough. You are allowed to bring in your own vendors without having to pay some exorbitant fee like other places. 12-hour access and NO noise curfew because it's downtown. However, it's not right next to any bars so you don't have to worry about club-goers crashing your party.
