I went to change my own tire because I was in the middle of nowhere come to find out they did not put my personal property back. I have four locking lugs one on each rim and it was nowhere to be found in my car never to be found again when I called them to confront them. They didn't even say sorry the guy that I talked to said oh that sucks. That's not what you say in this situation they said they would talk to the mechanic he was out to launch. I had to call back three hours later still waiting for a tow. Never mind they said they were pretty sure he put it back in my car, thieves, untrustworthy horrible people do not go there.

We have continually had great service and excellent communication from this shop. The last time I brought my car in for a repair, they provided a complete diagnostic report with photos of the problem. They broke down all of their concerns along with estimates for each itemized repair. We have brought all of our vehicles in, and had nothing but great service. It's tough to get reliable auto work done in a small mountain town. But CT's has really come a long way, providing dependable repair work in a friendly atmosphere. Scared that we wouldn't be able to find service due to the holiday, I was pleasantly surprised when Waylon at Sutton automotive said they'd be open in Christmas Eve and they could take a look at my truck at 8am. I was even more surprised when they called within the hour to say it was only a loose radiator hose and they had it ready to go already for around $100 for the labor and pressure test. Long story short, Sutton Automotive, and specifically Waylon, saved our trip. They could've bent me over but they were very honest and helpful. I was incredibly stressed and on the verge of tears when I finally got through to the shop and spoke with Bree. She was so kind, calm, and reassuring, and immediately arranged for a flatbed. Brooke, a retired police officer who is in the process of purchasing the shop, came to pick us up and brought us back to Pagosa. Before we even arrived, he had already identified the likely problem and assured us that if all of the mechanics were busy, he would repair it himself--which is exactly what he did. He was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and immediately put our minds at ease. From start to finish, everyone went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful situation. We are from Dallas, and I can honestly say we've never experienced customer service this exceptional back home. We are beyond grateful for everything Brooke, Bree, and Tracy did for us. Thank you for turning what could have been a vacation-ending experience into one we'll always remember for the kindness we were shown.

They allow employees to park in the same small area as all of their business trucks and Customers vehicles. If damage happens "it wasn't us". Even though the business parked my RV and was told you're all set to stay. I open my slides and the 1 employee that insists on parking next to my rv is damaged. Owners said "I didn't push the button to open the slides. You did". So now I get that bill too. There was about $2,000.00 more work to be done on my RV. I had that stopped. While we waited, Adam shared some history about the store and the company, and it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate he is about their mission. Another friendly local customer came in and chatted with the staff like old friends, which really spoke to the welcoming atmosphere. Adam kept us updated about the repair and reassured us they would do everything they could to get us safely back on the road. As we were dealing with the situation, Adam, the assistant manager, pulled over, to try and assist. Not only did Adam wait until the tire had been temporarily repaired by friends nearby but he called ahead to the repair shop to help expedite the process and then proceeded to meet us there (on his day off!!) to continue to assist.
