Booked an appointment again the following week, no show. No call, no text, no update, nothing. Instead the owners daughter was running the shop, took a chance after being told she'd been cutting for a year (everyone starts somewhere). After 2 hours I got about 50% of the taper and no trim on top. After asking 3 times to cut the top even more I couldnt be there any longer. The back of my head was bumpy and irritated, my back hurt from having to recline due to chair not lowering, no lineup, no razor clean up, long hair hair on top. After all that she had tried charging $30. It makes no sense to charge the same rate the other barbers at the shop with experience are charging with little experience and a bad job. Will not be returning, its very disrespectful to book an appointment, set time aside for the day and the barber not show up 2x in a row. And its very unprofessional to leave the shop in incapable hands. Was kind enough to pay $20 even though I ended up going elsewhere for a haircut the following day.
