I have always had at least decent service, and frequent the sales they offer. The store is close to home, and open late, when I want to stop there. I have never had a problem with attitude, nor getting my questions answered. In fact, John's good attitude and ability to take care of my order, direct a customer to the right case and acknowledge the people coming in (we will be right with you) was good. The fact that he showed no stress about the multiple tasks, and that he was calm, cool and polite was refreshing. Russel has always been a good go-to guy for information about current stock. Once he dialed in what I look for, he lets me know as I enter items I should check out. I'm not sure of his name..red hair (Eric?), but has a great understanding of plants and cooking. He had the best descriptions of terpenes ever, and helped me understand how they work. read more

I went to this store today and asked for a cartridge with a circle tip. I asked about a specific brand and cartridge and asked the curly haired girl to check that it was a circle tip. She said it was not, that it was a flat tip. She proceed to try to upsell me on a product I did not want. I decided to buy the brand I was thinking of anyway, even after they stated the tip was flat. I come home to find that the cartridge is a circle tip after all. I watched her open the box and lie to my face just to try to up charge me. Maybe she doesn't know the difference between a circle and a flat tip, if so, please retrain them. Additionally, I asked this same person a very simple question about cartridges and I've had them in the past, they have never been able to answer my questions. EVERGREEN MARKET IS 3 minutes away! & has way more & better deals!! DO NOT GO HERE! This is the ONLY dispensary in the state of WA that charges a sales tax!!! (Started 2 months ago) 16.50$ turns into 29.00$ after the tax! They've been robbed so many times, they now have to rob the customers to be able to pay for whatever debt they're in from all the repairs they've had to make to the building. Just moved here from California a few months back, and while I do appreciate the deals and lack of taxes ludicrous taxes, I do not appreciate the mislabeling of concentrates that consistently happens at this location. The last two times I've gone in to Lucid Auburn, I bought concentrates that claim to be a type of concentrate, but are a completely different type when it gets put in the bag. The first instance I'm referring to, I bought a gram of Dank Dough, by High Tide, which claimed to Be a "Terp Dough" on Lucid's product cards, but was in reality some "Sauce & Diamonds". This time, I bought a $68 gram of Pomelo by Cookies, a California brand I know and trust, which was labeled as "live resin badder" on their display item, and product card but was really "Sugar wax" when we checked the bag at home. I know my concentrates, and it really sucks to see either a simple lack of knowledge on Lucids part, or deceptive labeling. Either way it Is disappointing to spend that much on a single gram of wax, hoping for a taste of home, only to get something Other than what I paid $68 for. I asked a 710 enthusiast group on Facebook where I could find an honest gram of high quality badder in Washington and they told me to go to Oregon, so that does not inspire hope lol. read more

Everything is on display with clear labeling, strain names, pricing etc. There is a 10% happy hour discount, 20% for signing up first time, along with numerous other discounts applied from earning reward points. Their selection is a bit limited, but their prices are generally cheaper than other shops in south King county. Even their best flower is around 35 bucks an 8th, and that's before discounts. What also sets them apart, is their full transparency about products and overall friendliness. I just moved down to Kent and noticed every dispensary I've visited down here are full of knuckleheads. It's refreshing to talk to employees who understand business etiquette. There's also tons of parking. read more

Lucid has been my go to dispensary seeing as how it's so close to Kent but I bought a cartridge here last week and so far I've never had a problem with a cartridge was told if I keep the receipt and I have any issues I can bring it back. The cartridge didn't charge and didn't work so when I brought it back the manager told me that I need the packaging to return it and he can't do anything to help me. He offered me a small discount because he can't resell the bad product that he sold me. I do not recommend this shop and I will not be returning a great dispensary nearby is Hillside cannabis in Des Moines. read more

I'm really not sure why this place gets such high reviews. I was alittle shocked when I visited for the first time. Very very interesting set up for a dispensary, not to mention the wait time? I watched 4 sales reps in the store however only 2 of them actually helped ring people up. I waited a while, and upon getting up to the front there was NO connection between myself and the "bud tender" except ok which one did you want? I felt no welcoming I felt like the ladies up front merely were there to ring people up and make money vs actually take time to care for your customer and their needs by giving them some knowledge about the product. They have an purchasing system with cards that is a bit difficult to grasp if you've never been there before. Unfortunately, not every selection on the cards are out on display. I just turned 21 a few days ago and I went in with my ID which was still a vertical ID because I haven't had the chance to change it yet, and apparently the "policy" is that they don't accept people who still have a vertical ID. This upsets me that they have this policy because my ID is PERFECTLY LEGAL. I don't see how lit could make sense to deny someone's business over the fact that their ID isn't in horizontal format yet. I have to agree about the whole "we can't take vertical IDs" ... what kind of service?

Boyfriend took me here for the first time because he really loved it. It's huge. They have a huge selection with a great layout. The prices are nice too. It gives me a luxury vibe when walking in. Make sure you have an ID and they have an ATM on site. No hats when ID is being checked. You don't get your product in a glass container, that's the biggest downfall. But everything is great other than that. read more
