I've been going here for several years, And am a disabled veteran and get a better discount than any other place ive been. If you go on Mondays, I dont even use it because it's 30% off. She was the FIRST person to actually be helpful to me, and I felt like she actually cared about my situation... As a disabled individual, I use cannabis as medicine. As expensive as it is in general, being disabled and on a fixed income never helps... when I get my relief, I am FORTUNATE! And today, Serena helped me out... above and beyond... once again! I left out the store hopeful, and got home to medicate... she knows the BEST medicine to take care of the job! I am BACK... as a FULL TIME CUSTOMER!!! This is my favorite dispensary! Since the first time I rolled up, the staff has greeted me like an old friend. I feel comfortable and welcome here. They have an amazing selection of products and the prices are great, especially if you have a medical card. It only takes about 10 minutes to get your store card, and two members of the staff offered me a chair while I waited. There are two ATMs, a good number of parking spaces, and lots of cool people willing to help you have a great experience. read more

They're the cheapest in town but sometimes the lines are 20 minutes long. Plenty of product to choose from in all varieties and the people are cool. Their ATM only charges a buck ninety five, in a world where 5 bucks isn't unheard of. The only reason they aren't 5 star is because the lines are often long. Have one more bud tender! read more

This place used to be my go to... I am disabled with severe neuropathy, so make sure ALL OF YOU SPOONIES read this! They would not return my cartridge I bought less than an hour ago! The cartridge was tested on two used batteries, and one that I just bought at The Gallery... I have spent over $150 each week, and now they lost my business... all over $20. Find a better place than this! They don't care about you or if you are disabled, and a REGULAR customer. Shameful. I get greeted by this security guard/budtender... and the only white security guard there. He took my cartridge to the back and was there for a good two minutes "testing" this supposed working cartridge... then tells me he can't do anything because it's working for him. Then claimed that the "sticky stuff on the back of the packaging" was residue from the packaging... when in fact, it wasn't... I feel cheated and pretty much tossed off like I was trying to scam these guys. If they seen how many times I've been there since I have moved from Michigan... If I would have gotten that cheap $20 cartridge replacement... they would have continued to have my business, and the word of mouth from my end. When you rely on this stuff as a break from 24/7 constant pain.... And you are on a fixed income and permanently disabled... it's pretty hard to have to throw medicine away like that. Rude/lazy staff. Used to come here regularly. Usually they have staff standing at the door. Weren't there today. Went in to use the ATM right inside the doorway and a couple guys working there were about 20 feet away, sitting down. Heard someone shout a "Hi" -- hi. Start using the ATM. Hear it again, I turn around -- hi! Go back to using the ATM. Then the other one shouts, "ID FIRST!" Not sure if I heard them wrong at some point or what, but I'd suggest actually doing your screening near the doorway, instead of shouting from across the room? At people using a freaking ATM no less? Or maybe drop your conversation for 10 seconds and come over to me? I just walked out at that point and let them know why. Not here for it. read more

This used to be my absolute favorite dispensary. Great friendly staff and usually a great selection of goods. Every time I have bought a cartridge, the staff has told me to keep my receipt incase the cartridge fails and bring it back within 3 days and they would return it. I have been coming to this shop for 3 years and I have never had a faulty cart. Well... I had my first cartridge fail yesterday. I brought the cart and receipt back within 3 days, only to be told that they cannot return it. Very disappointing to know that they no longer back their products or return faulty goods. DO NOT BUY vape products or cartridges here. They only have a 3 day return/exchange policy, even if you have packaging and receipt. I literally bought a vape pen 4 days ago, and after charging it for hours at different outlets and bases I can't get it to pull. I took it there and they "tested" it in the back, and they brought it out, saying that it's magically functional and said that the cartridge has "air holes" that won't flow if you screw it too tight, and lectured me about a button. It's still not working, still not pulling, I know you don't have to push a button, and I know how to screw on my cartridges. I'm not a novice, and I just wanted an exchange. They could have taken me outside so I could show them, as we did at my old job when I was a Budtender... but they didn't and just assumed that I was full of it. They only are getting two stars because the bud tender was a polite person. Don't buy anything that you have to charge or screw onto a vape pen. Absolute no purchase security or trust. read more

Simply the best. Better than all the rest. Better than anyone. I'm confused by the low rating because I drive an hour (and pass many other shops) to come here! The people have always been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I've gone to *other places*, asked for a heavy indica and was given a sativa. Didn't notice until I got home, cool now I'm anxious. After this happened a few times at ooocid, I stopped going and I never have that problem since coming to NWCC. They always know what they're giving me and always work with my budget, whether it be I only want to spend $20 or $100+, it's always a good experience. Samantha is THE BEST! Don't forget your ID as you have to be at least 21and they card you right when you walk in. Very friendly staff, very helpful. Everything is behind the counter but displayed in an organized manner and visible. They have edibles including hazelnut chocolate. Serious candy shop for pot heads who are visiting or live here as recreational use is legal here. Friend says the chocolate is good...word isn't out on the smokeables yet. read more

Quick service, spacey room with visible product to see while waiting in a line which usually moves rather quickly. Online ordering is fantastic, they have their own spot, to make sure you are not waiting. Online gives you your pick up time option so it's truly in and out. Not too much of a turnover rate, definitely higher maturity level with knowledge. Although - I have had this issue for the past year, the voicemail box it always full. the voice that answers first is automated, and then after following the prompts, was sent to another mail box which again was full. One evening I had a family emergency and needed to by a certain CBD product that I have searched high and low for, as it had been selling out. At first the calls were sporadic, giving the employees time to help others who were in store and there before I called. I also made sure to check the busiest times online (did I mention is was a weekday from 430 pm to closing around 10pm I believe) I also went the extra length to send an email to see if the manager on duty would give me a call back due to it being very time sensitive. No response. (this is the third time ive gone to these lengths) And after all that time, a female answered 'thanks for calling the Krusty Krab' a quote from a cartoon show. I then asked calmly if she had the product. her and her friends meant to cover up the speaker but i could still hear their side conversation about me. Laughing and complaining about me calling multiple times which means they have caller ID and deliberately ignored these calls instead of asking me to wait on hold. SO, I was passed onto a Male manager after I asked to speak to someone with a more professional demeanor, I calmly explained what I just heard and how i was greeted over the phone when they had answered; he did not seem too concerned due to the faint giggles of the first employees I had spoken too. After the conversation lead to no where, I stated I no longer needed his services or product. After this entire ordeal, I sent an email directly to the owner and eventually was able to have a small conversation about his staff. he tried his to best to make me feel as if he would work with them in his own matter, but i have seen no change in those who are uneducated, unmotivated, and possess a lack of CS skills; etc. Today I called again, was hung up on, and then proceeded to call again just in case, and still a full mailbox. I'm torn to give these stars because i appreciate the quality you have and variety, especially being so far away from my Dispensary. Just got to work on a few things, especially CS. I used to go here to get prerolls. The last couple of times that I have bought them here they were super weak and it was like there was barely any potency. I understand that prerolls aren't the best way to get high, but still it was like there was nothing in them. Super disappointing. Also the customer service is hit or miss in my opinion. Some of the people working here are nice, others aren't so friendly. I think there are way better places to get product in the area. read more

The people you rely on to give you accurate information about their strains are more than happy to lie to you about what you asked for and then hide behind their no return policy when you come back 15 minutes later with your receipt and unopened packaging because you caught them in the lie. So they gladly take your money, defend the fact that they did it and do nothing to make the situation right. Absolutely disgusted with the service and their products aren't that great either. Find some integrity or get out of the game, hardworking people who spend their money in your shop don't deserve to be taken advantage of. Selection looked pretty big. Came to select some CBD products. Would not recommend coming here unless you already know what you like, and want. I just wanted to say I came here back last year a few times but the line was the thing I dreaded because this place has such an amazing selection that you kind of get lost in your own world once that you get in there. I have been very loyal to a different shop up until Sunday, with a bad experience there. That bad experience led me right back to here and I'm glad that I did! This review is truly a five-star for. JAY! When I last came in Jay was security and now he is behind the counter bud tending and I have never in the last few years received the customer service that this gentleman gave me this morning. He went completely out of his way to suggest a few different pre-rolls because you were out of the ones I online ordered not just that he was more than personable he built an engagement with the customer and this being the first time back in your shop after a year, I am so glad because the way I was treated this morning will keep me coming back over and over again and not just for the selection but for the awesome customer service that I received today from JAY. All staff members are knowledgeable with the products, so whoever you get after waiting in the roped off queue area will be able to help with anything in the store. Prices have been consistent with other shops in the area, plus 15% off Monday-Thursday before 10am and 30% off the last day of every month. I like having Safeway across the street so I can load up on munchies for the inevidable later on. read more

I was in here last week trying to buy an oz and the lady helping me said to come in on Monday because there's 30% off. I show up today to buy an even better oz and spend more money and the guy helping me said there's no 30% off and asked where I heard that. I let him know that one of the employees told me to come back on Monday. He said "we're not allowed to advertise that and we don't have 30% off". Beyond annoyed and pissed off that I am being told one thing by one employee and something else by someone else. Make sure all your employees are on the same page before giving your customers who spend large sums of money the wrong information. read more

I only occasionally visit this store and probably won't return. Yesterday it took over an hour to get inside and get service. The guard who let people in disappeared and left the line just standing. People kept showing up and cutting to the front of the line without any explanation from the staff. Turns out they were online orders. So today I intended to take advantage of the online feature. The website repeatedly hung up and froze. I called the store to get some help and after having to listen to one of the most annoying recordings I asked to speak to the sales floor. Once speaking to a human I commented that the website wasn't working, and he replies "yea, we hear that all the time, just keep trying it'll eventually work" wth? Why don't you fix the problem on your site I implored. "Oh, I'm just the security guard, I have nothing to do with that". Terrible. No one cares over there. read more

After 30 minutes listening to transaction after transaction and every conversation I gave up. I went to Green Collar Cannabis and had excellent customer service by Devon and it was less expensive. I've been coming here forever and the manager was just so rude to me I couldn't even describe what happened really. She jumped into a discussion I was having with a cashier about a policy about online ordering, and they were both just really rude right at the start. Then I started getting upset (felling attacked) and she told me to stop rolling my eyes at her, and one thing led to another and she told me to "get the fuck out of her store!" I was kind of shocked I guess at this point because Ive never been kicked out of anywhere ever lol I said what?? She's like " Hurry up and Finnish your order and get out of my store" obviously the whole story isn't here but the manager who says her "mommy and daddy" own the store was maybe having a bad day or something but I have never been treated like that by someone, especially if she's the owners daughter you think that me being a long time, almost every day, dedicated customer she would have maybe not have been so rude so fast. I even tried apologizing for getting upsets and that for next time I would know the policy and she didn't want to hear anything i had to say. I work in customer service and I have to deal with some upset/hostile people and I would never treat someone the way I was treated today. read more
