    Left of cartridge but won't accept exchange due to faulty battery.

    terrible return policy. says three days as long as you have receipt and packaging but says nothing about cartridge needing to a certain percentage left. also customer service is very poor. won't be going here again. value not worth it either.

    Alright place. Wish it was cheaper- its up there. Has this areas better growers. Rotates stock, so check back several times a year.

    This is our go-to place. We've shopped at MANY stores…read more Great staff -they know me and my fiancé because we come in pretty much weekly for the last almost 5 years. They're incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I saw some reviews that said the employees were creepy -I'm a woman and they've never been creepy towards me. I've gone in solo many times. I've worn jeans and dresses. I've been complimented, but never made to feel uncomfortable. I talk to all the staff members when I go in and there's never been an issue. I can't speak for others' experiences, I'm just saying that's the furthest from any experience I've ever had. I think they're amazing. I also saw someone say they don't treat their employees well -I can't speak for that since I've never worked there, but the employees have always seemed to be in a good mood. I've been told they work 12 hour shifts and that can be good or bad depending on who you ask. I work 10 hour days and would be fine with 12. My fiancé worked 12 hour shifts and it was rough on him. The first time I went in there I tried to tip them and was told they're paid well enough that they don't accept tips and the person who told me that did not seem upset. I've seen employees come and go over almost 5 years, but that's normal in service jobs. One person specifically told me they were quitting due to moving closer to Mt.Rainier, already working a 2nd job, and just didn't want the commute. Never said it was a bad job. So again, that's just been my experience. I'm a customer, not an employee so I don't know the inner workings. Wide variety of products. They've got flower, vapes, joints (dipped and undipped), popsicles, chips, beverages, edibles, etc. We have some go-tos, but we occasionally try out recommendations. Everything has gotten the job done. Keep in mind, everyone's bodies responds differently to every strain and every product. So your body may respond more or less than someone else's on every single product. If you don't get the feeling you like from something, it may not be a bad product, it just probably doesn't rock your world. It's cool, just try something else next time. Find what you like. There's something for everyone. Prices are good. Again, we've shopped at MANY stores across the state and in other states as well. There's some products that are more costly due to the brand, but I wouldn't necessarily say the product is better-you're paying for the name brand. When buying flower, we buy an ounce each at a time and pay between $60 -$80 per ounce, depending on the brand. We go with what looks best and the employees will show you what they've got. It gets the job done. There's both more expensive and cheaper options. We also buy several other products and have never felt uncomfortable with the price. We generally each max out on product each time we go in and it's not breaking our bank. Find something in your price range and role with it. Or roll it, whatever. We're relatively heavy daily users so we're paying in the middle price range; otherwise, we'd be broke. But we can afford a bit of an upgrade from bottom of the barrel. Again, pick your lifestyle price range. Overall, this is currently our favorite store. We recommend.

This is for the owners of lucid puyallup: I've been to your store a number of times over the last six months since moving just around the corner. Every time I go there, I am greeted with glares, only to be harassed at check-in and not helped with sincerity when I'm inside purchasing. I've had a problem every single time I got there, and it's a direct result of YOUR EMPLOYEES. When I was at your store just five minutes ago like I had been so many times before I was greeted by a very hateful woman, and then a few seconds later a guy walked up. She glared at me as I walked in because I brought a bag with me. My bag contained my birth certificate, front and back copy picture of my Stolen drivers license, AS WELL AS My new ID issued from Department of licensing. The bar scan was intact. The paper was perfectly crisp and clean. When I provided all of these documents, the dude even said "yeah I've seen you in here so many times before." Yet he still Hummed and hawwwwd and said he wasn't sure. And that he wasn't sure what the law was. Neither did the woman. Not one of the two employees in front of me knew Washington state law, but I do. They just looked at me, so I asked if they could call the owner. About three seconds later as I'm waiting for him to call the owner, the woman who I look back at is still glaring at me and says without being prompted " We can just refuse service to anybody too." I was a little taken back at first because I've spent my hard earned money at your store- thousands of dollars, and all I'm trying to do is purchase product from you! I watched the guy walk back and tell me that he's calling the owner, but I don't see a phone and I don't see him doing anything. It's then at that moment the woman asks me to step aside so they can help their other customers. They just completely Pushed me to the side, they were not calling the owner, and really just made me feel unwelcome. If you actually respond to my email I will come back and show you everything I brought with me because I've been to zips and two other dispensaries and never had an issue at any of them. It's only your dispensary that I ever have issues at and it's the most ungodly expensive out of all of them. It's really unfortunate that your employees lost you thousands of dollars in business. But the real moral of the story is to treat people with kindness because you never know what they're going through. Your employee recognized me, knows that I'm over 21, and even has a barcode to scan so you are legally compliant. But they refused to do so not even knowing what the state law is. They didn't contact the owner, they treated me like I was nothing, threatened me, and didn't even try to be kind at all. You never know what somebody's going through. I truly hope that you speak with them, Educate them, And teach them some manners. Who knows how many other customers those two have lost you.
