However, Mark went the extra mile to reserve those parts for me to make sure that I will have it. I am from San Jose so it is a bit of a drive to Fremont to get a service done in my opinion. Despite this, at least two customers who arrived after me were attended to before I was. My repair order was not opened until approximately 12:49 PM. Mistakes happen, and had the issue been acknowledged and addressed appropriately that day, I probably would not be writing this review. Instead, what disappointed me most was how the matter was handled afterward. During the visit, I interacted with Lucian, Fabian, Kevin, and eventually Service Manager Eric Rule, after waiting approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes to speak with him. Mr. Rule acknowledged that the incident should not have happened and advised that it would be investigated and that I would receive a follow-up. Over the following several weeks, despite multiple follow-up emails, I never received the promised explanation or investigation findings. My primary concern was never simply the wait time--it was the lack of ownership, follow-through, and accountability during the escalation process. It was only after I escalated the matter to Honda Customer Relations and AutoNation Corporate that General Manager JT (Viet) Tran became involved. Mr. Tran handled the matter professionally, engaged constructively, and ultimately resolved it by offering $500 service credit (I declined as I would not go there ever, perhaps) which was later replaced with a $500 check. I appreciate his willingness to step in and bring the matter to a fair conclusion. This review reflects both aspects of my experience: an appointment and escalation process handled by Service Manager, Eric Rule, that fell well below expectations, and a professional effort by the General Manager JT Viet Tran to resolve the matter after corporate escalation. I hope the dealership improves not only its appointment handling but also its customer communication, follow-through, and accountability when issues arise.

The salesperson I spoke with told me to go ahead and tow it to PSF and leave the key in the drop box. I knew I was not on the schedule, so was not sure when my car would get looked at. The next day I got a call before 9 am from Devon in the Service dept. He explained what they could do to get my car running and back to me. PSF had the car all day and Devon kept me posted of status. I really wanted to get my car back because I live in SJ and did not want to take an UBER home for a 2nd night. By end of day, my car repair was complete. I picked up my car and got to meet Devon my service liaison and he was so kind and gave me thorough explanation of work done. I had my car back and the repair did not pinch my pocket book too much and I was back on the road. I appreciate and thankful for the service center's commitment to get me back on the road.

He even gave us a quote and walk through of what needed to be done to my car, but also respected which out of the options I wanted to have serviced that day to avoid extra charges. The other few times we have gone here were disappointing with both their customer service and service time being unreliable. Even with an appointment at 9:45am, we didn't get out until 12:40pm. The last time I went they didn't even tell us my car was ready for pickup after sitting for 2 hours...

On careful review of his paperwork,, he had this added accessory charge, from the beginning of the paperwork and tried to rush through it and dismissed my questioning, it when we first looked at the paperwor. He then tried to sell a $8k insurance product that he immediately dropped to $3k then refused to hear a no until I walked away. Could not trust him.

I could do it myself, I had the bulb, just didn't have the correct length screwdriver to do the job. The first associate who greeted me was awesome. Super cool. He wanted to help me out but he wasn't a tech. So I ended up waiting for the lead tech, who when approached me, off rip just started to shake his head no. I thought he was joking so I asked if he would be able to help. He replied saying, "No, we charge." Which was something I expected. Though when he proceeded to say it would take up to a HALF HOUR to do the job and they charge $280/hr. Saying they also don't charge anything less than an hour. I thought that was pretty insane to change out a bulb. I then asked if they had a screwdriver I could use to do it myself. They refused that as well. Don't seem to want to help in any way. The place had no business as it is..you would think they would treat their potential customers better. Seems like dude hates his job. I ended up going to the dealership across the street, they changed it out for me for FREE. Took them less than 15 mins. Tipped the associate $40 and was on my way. Definitely won't be returning to this establishment again.

    I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled during my recent service visit. They violated…read moremy trust. While my vehicle was at the dealership, I noticed through the BMW app that it had been left unlocked while parked outside in an unsecured/unlocked area for the whole day. I had to lock my own car remotely using the app. Leaving a customer's vehicle unlocked on the lot is a serious security concern. I asked my service advisor what BMW's policy is regarding locking customer vehicles. Instead of answering my question, he said he would ask the technician why the car had been left unlocked. I never received an update during my visit, and I had to ask him for a follow-up just before I was leaving. He said that the tech "just forgot". Had I not brought it up again, it seemed like nothing would have been said. Afterward, I submitted feedback through BMW's customer survey. The response I received simply acknowledged my concern and thanked me for the feedback. There was no explanation, no apology, and no indication that the issue would be investigated or that procedures would be reviewed. Mistakes happen, but what was most disappointing was the lack of communication and accountability. When a customer raises a legitimate security concern, they shouldn't have to repeatedly ask for answers. It feels as if they just wanted me to forget. I hope the dealership takes customer vehicle security more seriously and improves how it communicates when issues arise.

I wanted to say 'THANK YOU' Bella for letting me test drive the car since I have not driven manual for a while. I know that I didn't buy any of your Nissan product, however, I was very pleased with the 2022 Mazda Miata RF touring I got. Just like that, I only did a few minutes test drive and I decided to get it right away, which I'm glad that I got there first :). Bella did an amazing job processing my application just like that. I was done in an hour (I think? hmmm). They detailed my car, and it was ready to go. Bella assisted me in driving my Mazda, which is now I owned :P, drop it off to my place. They were very accommodating. Overall, Isabella did an amazing job for assisting me. However, the zero star is for Betty who works in finance department. I was looking at my contract and I must've overlooked at it since I trusted Betty verbally she mentioned to me last that I have warranty coverage but then I went to Mazda Capitol in San Jose due for maintenance and told me that the additional fee of $3835.00 is not a warranty. It's a useless guard plus. It's a waste of money to purchase this useless coverage which I should've cancelled it too when I cancelled the GAP fee. BETTY IS THE WORST!!! Be careful with her or in finance department in general. You could tell they only want your money. DO NOT SIGN UNTIL YOU READ THE ADDITIONAL FEE. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR GAP. you can get it from your personal insurance or from your bank where you applied for the loan. I will be going there to ask for refund or else...I know it's been a year but I will if not I'll get my lawyer involve. The 5 star is for Isabelle from sales dealer. The 0 - zilch - nada is for Betty from finance. I am NOT going to refer this dealership anymore to any of my clients. I work in finance and we offer vehicle loan and our clients shops for car after approval. Due to this issue and untrustworthy. I will never refer this dealership to my clients anymore.

    My 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L started showing 4WD service dash light and it showed C1463-94 (Star…read morecase S2503000001). This is how it went... Thu 4/2/2026: Took my Jeep to Fremont CDJR for service. Mind you that this Jeep has been to this dealership for regular servicing for the last 50k miles since I bought it. Showed my dash light to the advisor and he starts the doom and gloom talk on how this can be due to transmission issues and when I did the transmission flush, etc. So I asked him a simple question that if it's really needed and then how come they didn't do it before as the Jeep has always been serviced here, well no answer to that question as expected. But that's fine because I know that's not the issue. SA calls me towards the end of the day and confirms that FAD needs replacement (that's expected) but here's the fun part, he claims it's possibly caused by "oversized custom wheels" so warranty will not cover it and it will be out of pocket! Then I ask him why he thinks it's oversized because my aftermarket wheels are the same exact size as the OEM Summit trim and then the story starts changing. He tells me that once the tech has written it on the service manual he can't change it....but, here's the best part...I told him that I have the stock wheels and tires so he asks me to bring it back with stock wheels and tires and they can POTENTIALLY fix it. Ok, I mean I thought your tech change the writing but how come the whole diagnosis will change once I change the wheels??? Fri 4/3/2026: Picked up my Jeep and they charge me $325 + credit card fee for the (wrong) diag. Attached picture of the wheels that I took when I picked up my Jeep showing the wheels/tire size. Thu 4/16/2026: Took my Jeep to Walnut Creek CDJR, same wheels/tires and no change. SA there called me after 2 hours that issue is confirmed to be FAD related and they will fix it under my Mopar extended warranty and it will be ready to pickup by next day. Fri 4/17/2026: Picked up the Jeep from Walnut Creek CDJR, paid them $200 deductible for the Mopar extended warranty. Picture of the Jeep at the Walnut Creek CDJR delivery bay showing that I had the same wheels/tires as before when they fixed my Jeep Mon 4/19/2026: SA from Walnut Creek CDJR calls to and lets me know that they refunded my $200 because it was fixed under the powertrain warranty. Mon 4/27/2026: Called Fremont CDJR and asked them politely if I can have an appointment with the service department manager because I would like to discuss about my previous service (as I want to get a refund of the $325 for the wrong diag). She pulls up my record and confirms that it's for the 4/4 appointment. She then tells me that the service manager will call me. Been a week and never got a call from them! The service department is literally running a scam and refusing warranty work so they can charge people for the parts and labor. Never taking my Jeep back to this dealer again!
