I had to take annual leave at my work to sit there forever waiting. The worst part was that they showed up, looked at my appliance for ten minutes and told me it would cost $350 for the part, which is more than then entire appliance is worth. I told him I could buy a new one for that price, and he immediately broke into a selling pitch on their new appliances, like he planned it all along. I told him I wouldn't buy one from him and he kept pushing and pressuring me. I felt very uncomfortable. So after 15 minutes, I got charged over $50, for him to tell me absolutely nothing. It was a complete rip off, and I am out that money without any service rendered... make sure you know what you are getting into before having them come on a "service" call
