He said he would be happy to and even offered to get me scheduled while at the store. My first visit was on 8/9/24. I was a little nervous going in because I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata last August and I can be a little picky with my hair. I also haven't had the most encouraging haircuts over the last year. Sure some were better than others, but I never felt like I had someone I could be consistent with. I was never really happy with my hair. JT asked questions, took time to listen, and honestly, made me feel so comfortable within the first few minutes. He absolutely CRUSHED my haircut! I had my second appointment today (9/4/24) and this is the longest I've gone without a haircut or trim! When I was going to Great Clips, I'd go every 2 weeks and when I tried the expensive salons, it was every 2-3 weeks. JT really took the time and it shows! I feel confident and happy. I actually feel like I can grow out my hair into a pixie and I haven't felt like that once this year! I've been everywhere from Great Clips to $80 salons and Phillips Haircutting is not only reasonable, but a solid place to go if you need a haircut. Everyone I've met has been great. I can't recommend JT enough and I'm really thankful that I met him and that he's been able to help me so much already. It took over a year to find someone I can go to consistently, but it was well worth the wait.
