Each time the service was done wrong, they would fill my already full skimmer right back into the tank and re pump the crap the skimmer had been collecting for the last three weeks. So much for a water change! The last time this happened, I called that evening to have someone call me. No call back, no response, nothing. Am I out of line here? She is a great pyrenees and has a long, double coat. Then she became much more reluctant to enter the area around the groomers. On her last visit I saw one person hauling on her leash and another shoving her from behind to get her in. I was too far away for my voice to be heard, but that was her last visit. No dog should be treated like that. A little time and patience is more likely to work with a reluctant dog, unless what ever had been done behind closed doors was too terrifying for her. My trained service dog could handle almost anything she might encounter, including emergency vehicles, along with firemen in full gear.
