On her last visit I saw one person hauling on her leash and another shoving her from behind to get her in. I was too far away for my voice to be heard, but that was her last visit. No dog should be treated like that. A little time and patience is more likely to work with a reluctant dog, unless what ever had been done behind closed doors was too terrifying for her. My trained service dog could handle almost anything she might encounter, including emergency vehicles, along with firemen in full gear.
