We are sitting in front of the store five minutes before the appointment and they cancel the appointment at the last minute. Today we show up again for the appointment and they say it might be three or four hours before they even get to my dog And another three or four hours to bathe him. So what is the point of making an appointment? Then the groomer gets very sarcastic to me as I am talking to her. These people are incompetent and obviously do not need the business.

I was greeted by a very nice and enthusiastic Woman (whose name I can't recall, I'm so sorry) and she was amazingly knowledgeable! I spent a good 30-45 minutes looking around, asking questions and being amazed at her knowledge and sense of humor. I left armed and dangerous with a newfound joy, properly outfitted, knowledge and enthusiasm for my ignored winged neighbors. I can't recommend Birds Unlimited enough. Wild Birds Unlimited great in setting us up with a feeder and bird food. Staff were excellent with information about birds in the area and recommendations on the best bird seed. At no time was there an attempt to up sale or push us to higher priced feeders or other products. Based upon Wild Birds Unlimited recommendations we now have many birds coming the feeder and it's great fun watching. Our next purchase will be wind chimes they have several to choose from. Can't wait to see what we buy next.

They are legally required to refund the money if they cancel the order on their end if they don't provide the goods or services. Considering taking legal action if they don't reply back or I can't find another way to reach out to them.

I messaged and they got back to me immediately, even though they were not yet open and let me know I could bring in my bird anytime before 4. It was all of 5 minutes- maybe. The cost? Literal pennies compared to the Vet, who I still haven't heard back from... The lady who helped me was amazing. And quick. And kind. I'll be back for sure absolutely and my canary is feeling so much better now!

I was sent home injection antibiotics and painkillers, but I cant do them myself. The vet gave me her email if I had any questions They have put me on their schedule everyday that he needs the injections and vets do them for me in 10-20 minutes with no extra charge. 10/10 recommend all of the staff and nurses are so nice and I have had a great experience. They are great at communicating with you on what is going on. I am so grateful to them for making my baby feel better!

I was told that the snake had a couple of cysts around the side of the head. The hospital had a $105.00 initial exam fee & they said surgery would be nessary. I asked about costs and was told the total would be $251.00. When the snake was taken in it was eating & seemed to be realitively healthy other than the cysts she was eating well & very active. I was informed that after surgery she was not wakeing up & that they would keep her overnight. Unfornately they do not moniter your pet when they are left overnight. Well the next day I got the bad news she was dead. & to add insult to injury I was charged $357.00 & handed a dead snake. I could be wrong but I believe my snake diied from the anesthesia & not the cysts. I am just telling you my story so it wont hopefully happen to anyone else.
