I was a moron and backed into a telephone pole with the bike rack on and smashed my back window. This was at 3:30 pm on Tuesday. Barely 24 hours later (4:15 pm on Wednesday), the window is fixed. Lucky came right to us, fixed everything, vacuumed up all the broken glass, and got things back as new. What a great service these guys rendered. They were timely and efficient due to my circumstances. A few nights prior to Halloween 2018, someone decided to break the rear glass of my CRV. As assumed, Safelite wanted an arm and a leg to ours and half of one of my eyebrows to repair the black glass. These two gentlemen completed the repair in under 15 minutes and had me on my way for way less than the competitors. Oh you bet I called around. I had a crack on my windshield which could not be repaired. Lucky Auto Glass was recommended to me by a community FB page. I was nervous at first because they communicate ONLY by text and it was very brief and fast. I was given a price, a time and I gave my address. That was it. No email confirmation or formal text confirmation etc., I was a bit worried that they may not show BUT THEY DID and THEY DID a GREAT JOB! Texted them to get an estimate for a .25" resin repair and they got back to me rather quickly with a 50.00 quote. I texted back, agreed with the quote and asked to set up an appointment at my home. Then they ghosted me. I decided to reach out to them again to open up a line of communication but still no communication/direction. I can only assume that my job is too small for them, that they are too busy or fixing a repair in Fishtown freaks them out. Whatever the reason not communicating is not professional and a negative review is what they are going to get. If thay can't bother to follow-up with people I'd think about taking your bussiness to another glass repair shop. read more

I have used Lucky's auto glass 3 times and each time they have been impressive. I had 3 friends different friend over a year and a half break there windshields and let them go until you can barley see through the windshield. I decided to call a local shop and not go with the big company who is just out for money by charging a fortune. the guys at Lucky's are very nice the answer you back quickly and give you an appointment within 2 days. they are pleasant courteous and quick they do great work I would recommend them to everyone read more
