My 86-year-old mother had her front passenger window broken just for fun by a hoodlum. She took it to a different place who replaced the window and, believe it or not, glued it shut. He claimed that the glass run channel was not working, that the molding to hold the window in place wouldn't hold the glass in place, the bolts were rusted, etc., etc., etc. He was upset when I brought the car back to him and muttered why I wouldn't believe him. He put the fear of God in me that if he took the panel off he might not be able to replace it. After a discussion with our regular mechanic, who could not find new molding, I decided to not let this other place work on the car again. I was referred by someone else to Ed's Auto Glass. They told me about Tommy who has worked on windows forever and is a magician at fixing them. Long story short, Tommy looked at it, said he could fix it, and did so in a couple of hours the next day. It needed some lubricant, clips, and someone that knew what they were doing. It is better than new as he also screwed on a part of the door that had fallen off previously and had nothing to do with the job. At this point, I would never, ever, ever, take my auto glass to anyone but Ed's Auto Glass. They are serious professionals who did an amazing job. My 86-year-old mother, who went through World War II and the Holocaust, was absolutely thrilled to get her car back. The price I paid for the job was fair. The look on my mother's face when she got her car back with a fixed window was priceless and something I will always remember. Thank you so very much for putting some real joy into my mother's life.

To fix this, I called Supreme, based largely on their Yelp reviews, and I'm glad I did. - Their price was competitive (ca. $250 for a Prius) - I was able to schedule the repair very quickly (and they came to me, so I didn't need to drive to some shop and sit around for hours) - They showed up when they said they would - They were professional and neat, and finished in under an hour. What's not to like? The repair was just done this morning, so I can't rule out future problems such as the windshield leaking, falling out, or transforming into a portal to an evil dimension. If any of those things happen, I'll be sure to update my review. But for now, I'm really liking Supreme Auto Glass!

Rock hit my windshield on the highway, so my windshield had to get replaced, and my local Volvo repair shop recommended this place, not too far from me, so it worked out nicely. They have Wi-Fi in the shop, plus a Keurig machine, so I was able to work while waiting, which was convenient. There's a dog there that's friendly as well as the people, who were all really good at explaining everything, including the insurance piece. Hopefully I don't have to go back again anytime soon, but if I find myself in another pinch or know someone who is, I'd send them here!

It's all mirrored, and when it was delivered I discovered that one side of the dresser was cracked :( I'm not going to get into the company the dresser came from and the crazy back and forth I went through with them. Long story short, I got it for free and started looking for a glass & mirror company that could come to my home to repair it. I found Micheals on Yelp and saw they had great reviews. Sorry, I never remembered any names, but the nice lady answered the phone and answered all my questions. I made an appointment and the gentleman came out to my home to look at the dresser. He took the measurements and left. I got a call back the next day to set up a time for them to come back to install it. When they finally came out ( about 3 weeks later....the mirror didn't fit. They had took the wrong measurements. The man was very apologetic and said they would have to reorder it. I was very disappointed, but for some reason not mad about it. It took about another 3 weeks, but like the fact that they were very proactive about it. Calling me along the way to let me know it was being corrected and when it was coming. They finally came and put the mirror in and it looks beautiful! They were very friendly and cleaned up behind their selves. This company was not the cheapest, but for me good service is worth the price. I would recommend this company.
