The deals were better than Dillard's (which no longer has sale days) or even Nordstrom's Rack. Two months ago, it would have been rated 4 stars.. Parking Park near the Chic Filet side entrance (furniture section) or in the covered deck. Or plan to drive in circles looking for a spot or walk a half a mile from your car. Customer Service IF you can find a cashier, they are usually helpful. Because they're absent, I'm often mistaken for an employee. I can be wearing yoga pants, if I have Macy's merchandise in my hands I will be asked where restrooms are. Expect a ridiculously long wait in the shoe department! Atmosphere The music is awful, the lines are slow, the fitting rooms are hot and dusty & it's hard to find items. One rack had women's suits (plus, regular & petites) with activewear, Xmas sweaters & PJ's! And there are racks of clothes that have been piled up from the fitting room & never returned. Layout Contemporary women's wear (jeans, active wear), shoes, perfume, furniture & menswear are on the 1st floor (mall entrance). Returns are also on the 1st floor. Women's dresses, suits, intimate ware and swimwear are downstairs with the kids' clothes. Kitchenware, bedding, household goods is upstairs. Ladies Fitting Rooms There's one fitting room that's large and well lit (with a long line if there's a sale). The other fitting rooms are the dark and the size of broom closets! Also, the mirrors in the tiny fitting rooms are obstructed by a built-in seat. Sales A month ago there were Last Act sections in every dept. where you could get brand names like Ralph Lauren & Calvin Klein for rock bottom prices! Ex. dresses marked down from $180 to $25. Now the racks are few and far between, the discounts aren't as steep & they are final sale. Macys now has a few racks of cheap, off-brand clothes for $13.99 and $21.99. Look out Ross, you've got competition! Returns 90 days on most merchandise, 30 days for Backstage (a cheap area in the basement at Lenox that reminds me more of a knock-off Marshalls). Last Act returns just went from 60 days to FINAL SALE. Macys Card An AMEX which can be used anywhere. Spending = $10 Macy's gift card rewards. Gift cards never expire & if you spend enough they'll mail coupons (exclusions apply). But if you're a minute late on the bill they won't hesitate to call the debt collectors! In short, Macys used to be a less expensive alternative to Nordstroms. But at the rate they're going, I hope they stay open. Macys needs to hire more staff & make all merchandise eligible for a return like every other dept store.

The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. This is by far the WORST luxury shopping overall experience that I have ever had. I have been a…read morecustomer of the store for five years and generally received great service until February 2019. I had sent in four pairs of Valentino pumps to be repaired (all four pairs had been purchased at the boutique in addition to clothing and handbags) - I was told it would be a month or so regarding turn around on the repair. It is now December and I haven't received one pair of the repaired shoes that I had sent in. I have called a total of 37 times trying to get information regarding the status of the repair starting in April - December. Each time, the manager is not in and I never receive a phone call back. Once I did get in touch with the Manager Katie, she had zero knowledge of my 37 calls/messages, and zero knowledge of my four pairs of shoes and the repairs being made to them. At one point a sales associate told me they LOST my shoes and could not locate them and I must have sent them else where to be repaired. Yep - you read that right. Finally after possibly locating my shoes, Katie the manager promised to overnight the shoes to me to have the very next day. That was THREE WEEKS ago and no shoes. I have called, left messages and no one will return my calls. This is by far the WORST level of customer service imaginable. Such as shame for Valentino to manage a store this way - I will NEVER SHOP with the brand again. period.

From the greeting itself when I entered the store, I knew it would be a great experience. Lily was my sales person and she was very kind, warm and friendly. Right away, she asked how she could help and took my measurement. From there she guided me through several racks but in my size only so I could focus my search. She was helpful but not pushy and I really appreciate this style of selling. She felt like a partner in my outfit search! While I tried on the several outfits we had chosen, she stood by my side and made comments (but not overly). I am pretty decisive and do not need opinions in general but she was helpful. She gave me a reasonable price on the two outfits I ended up purchasing after going to several other stores and coming back to Lily for the purchase. What I want to mention is that most of the stores in Global Mall have TERRIBLE customer service. Most of them have old clothes/styles to begin with and are not helpful whatsoever. They are not friendly, they are lazy. At places like Ladlee the girls sit around and gossip (loudly) and make for a terrible shopping experience. Elan is well organized, beautiful and again, thanks to wonderful people like Lily, the shopping experience is a very good one. I will definitely shop at Elan again!
