After taking a look around the store, it really isn't the Gap I remember from years ago when it was a major staple in my closet. The clothes seemed so cheap and really not made to last. I made a big online order thinking I was stocking up on some basics but ended up returning about 80% of the order because even at the massive discounts I managed to get, they were just not worth it. Super sad about it because I really do still have some Gap sweaters that I mom wore like 30 years ago, but I guess that is a thing of the past. I brought it back to the store to return the DAMAGED item at which point the cashier told me they could not issue a refund because their policy does not allow. I confirmed with her that they don't allow you to return an item even if it's damaged? She indicated that's correct. You can find cute clothes elsewhere that may actually last you more than 5 minutes without ripping and that grant refunds when you purchase broken goods.
