I don't shop in places with lots and lots of jeans for skinny people. That's what my age has done to me. But my husband wanted jeans and we came here. Last time I saw one of these was in Union Square and my niece went crazy over finding that location, for me I thought nothing here for me. So when we went in, I thought the same about my husband, however, they did have jeans and he bought a pair. The people there were totally nice, greeted us (all three people working there), and when he had a hard time finding one pair of jeans, the woman went in the back to get his size. The problem is that a lot of the jeans had holes in them and were a bit distressed. But my husband is an artist and wants to distress his own jeans. But we found some that were minimally distressed and he bought them. I know that we will be back upon our next visit and look forward to it. read more

I always stop by here when we come to Napa. It is a relatively small store. I like browsing the sale racks because they are almost always an additional % off. Hubs was looking for a black button up shirt for work. A Very nice employee by the name of Jasmine helped us. Unfortunately nothing worked for him but I found a shirt for me! I've never been a fan of Lucky because I just found many of their stuff on higher end pricing. Plus their styles didn't really appeal to me, so rarely do I find myself buying any of their products. Hubbers, however, is fan, so we of course found ourselves here in this store. As he took his time to browse through their items, I did the same on the opposite side. Then I found myself in their clearance racks, and low and behold, I actually found some stuff I really liked for the price I'm willing to pay! Not only that, I found more bargain stuff to give away as gifts! Hubbers got what he wanted as well, and the ones he liked that weren't available in his size were available online to ship for free. So, yeah, pretty dang good experience. I may never skip a Lucky Brand store again. read more

My boyfriend and I both came here Memorial Day weekend to get some jeans. We had tried on their jeans before and knew that they were high quality, well fitting jeans, but we weren't willing to fork out the extra money for them. Well come Memorial Day weekend, all the jeans were on sale for $49! Customer service was great here, all the sales associates were really helpful (however we suspect this could be because they are on commission and there weren't many other people in the store). Either way we were completely satisfied and both walked out of here with a new pair of jeans that we both love! read more

Who doesn't like gettin' lucky? Well I got lucky at Lucky. Luckily Lucky jeans fit me well, and the outlet store had some good prices. My only problem was that I wanted to buy too many jeans! It was hard to make myself only buy one pair, since I didn't really need any more than that. One of the salespeople was very helpful without being annoying or high pressure. Lucky jeans can be pretty pricey, so this is a good place to snag them at a good price. Of course the pair that I liked was one of the few that wasn't on special for $40. What can I say, I have good taste? I still got a bargain. read more

Wonderful store with a great amount of selection. The salespeople were so incredibly helpful the whole time, I told him what I was looking for and he pulled 6-7 pairs that he think would fit my style and length (34 inseam). The whole time, both associates were incredibly helpful and even helped me pick out some new things that I didn't necessarily intend on purchasing but did anyway. I'm sooooo disappointed! Hubby and I decided to take a special trip to the Napa Outlets for my favorite brand, LUCKY! I'd never been in an outlet version of their stores so when I found out I didn't need to drive down to Gilroy, I was ecstatic! The whole drive I was planning out how many cool shirts and perhaps another pair of jeans I could get for a ridiculously low price. Well as they say, I am a dreamer and perhaps for good reason because when we got there we were like, WTF?! The store is sad. A small area in the front of men stuff (not like the regular retail stores that have men on one side and women on the other, EQUAL!) and everything else surrounding was womens (BOOOOO!!!). What they had for men was the saddest I'd ever seen. The shirts were not cool enough to warrant the price ($20 ea) if you buy two and their jeans selection was nothing to write home about. So disappointed that I may just abandon the brand altogether. read more

I love Lucky jeans!! I guess what I love most is how they come snug but conform to fit your body type. Me, for example, skinny legs with a round full booty...hard to find the right jeans to get the right fit all around and maintain their shape....enter Lucky jeans. Sure, they're not Old Navy prices...but the outlet is what makes it. I got two pairs of Sofia skinny jeans for $40 bucks each normally $80+ each. There were some Zoe jeans there for $20 in the clearance section! =) I tried the boot cut and normally I like those cuts, but the Lucky bootcut wasn't too flattering on my petite frame...even with ankle length. Oh and the cropped pants were also not cropped enough for my petiteness...(I usually get those at Gap anyways). There was a new girl there who was really great. She picked out great washes for me, laid out clothing selections in my fitting room and was really knowledgeable about the sales. read more

Really good customer service and some good sales. It's a small factory store so don't expect it to be as big as a regular Lucky Brand store. There is really good prices on jeans and shirts compared to the retail prices. This is my third time shopping here and I've always had a worker greet me (and other customers). They've found sizes I needed...especially when I did not see my size on the floor. The workers are knowledgeable on jean styles and fittings. Remember that some items are irregular! So its always good to take 5 minutes to try on the items... especially if you don't live nearby. Otherwise you have a 30 day return policy. I'd recommend the shop if you like Lucky Brand. read more

I came in store today because it had been two weeks and I hadn't received my jacket. I had it ordered from another store because my size wasn't available in Napa. Since I had no way of tracking I came to store for assistance. The very nice lady Oreana(?) working tried to find status for me but was unable to. She was very apologetic and got the manager involved. Long story short it was not shipped but they did have size in store. Manager made calls and updated me on situation and quickly remedy problem. Oreana was very nice and sympathetic. Great customer experience. Thank you. read more

Ridiculous return policy! I have been shopping this location since the store opened and have spent many hundreds of dollars. However today I tried to return a pair of grey jeans. They have an odd chemical smell. I have washed them to try and remove it. Logical? Apparently not as today I was told you cannot return anything that has been washed. The jeans are defective. Much like finding a broken zipper or hole after washing them. Result:Won't be back! Will think twice about EVER buying Lucky Brand clothing again. Message received: my business is not valued. My wife purchased 4 pair of jeans, she decided to keep two, and I returned to the Napa store to return the other two. Lysee was RUDE and Erica basically assaulted me. Rather than the $86 which was on the receipt, she offered $49.99, and then tried to steal the jeans from me. She refused to give me the telephone number of her manager, she kept the original receipt, and assaulted me as I was leaving the store. The only thing I can say is bizarre and crazy...needless to say I filed charges... read more

Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were warmly welcomed, and within a matter of minutes we had perfect fitting jeans..Amazing considering all the different washes/selections available...All thanks to Alyssa. I live in Napa but most times don't shop at the outlets because they just never seem to have what I'm looking for. Today I went to into the Lucky Brand Jeans outlet was immediately greeted (which is not uncommon in the stores) however the 2 employees that were working were over the top helpful. I had already been to several other stores prior to going into the Lucky outlet and the service in all of the stores combined didn't add up to the excellent service I received at Lucky.
