I was surprised! Since I get migraines from some fragrances the blast from the store was unnerving. I almost turned around and left. However I quickly noticed lots of Clinique, Jo Malone and Origins. Three brands where I had good luck in the past. Fantastic there is stuff here that I can buy. The was enough Tom Ford (bad) that I scurried to the other side of the store. I spotted a lot of MAC. I never tried it but I've heard high praise. The sales were very encouraging. 30% off skin care, 40% off many items and 50% off gift sets. The gift sets were smallish items and looked like the sets they give you when you spend big at the dept. stores. These are just the right size for me to check out a new line. Customer service was attentive but not obtrusive. I ran across this tidbit. The cosmetics company store is owned by Estée Lauder. A little late on leaving this review, but hey--better late than never! I stopped by around 2-3 PM on Friday, June 6th, to stock up on a few things for my kit (I'm a makeup artist). I love using the Too Faced Born This Way foundation and was browsing for a good skin tint to add for mothers of the bride/groom who usually prefer lighter coverage. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by two women (unfortunately, I didn't catch their names). They asked if I needed help, and I said I was just looking for now. One of them noticed I was checking out a particular skin tint and mentioned it was one of her favorites. I asked if she'd recommend it for a mother of the bride who doesn't like full coverage, and she responded, "As a future mother of the bride myself, I highly recommend it." She shared some helpful benefits of the product, and honestly--she sold me on it! I asked if those were all the shades available, and she let me know they were, but she offered to text me when more came in. The manager (I believe) then signed me up for their texting system and even took my name down to call me when the full shade range is back in stock. Overall, I had a lovely experience. A woman named Maritza helped me pick the perfect makeup for my face and the store manager helped me pick some eye cosmetics. What can I say, this is a hidden gem in the Napa area for cosmetic lovers. This place maybe tiny, but has so many items at great prices. They have all the wonderful brands from department stores. It has Mac, Nars, Tom Ford, Estay Lauder, Origins, Jo Malone, and many more. I purchased 2 bottles of shimmer perfume and the lady was so nice. She told me if i get one more i will get a better deal. The ladies there are so helpful. The deal was so good i went back in and grabbed one more bottle. They always seem to have great selections and sales. I stop in often, some of the staff isn't friendly, lack of customer service. The employee and manager of this store are horrible to deal with. Today is July 1st 2018 2:45PM. They sold me 2 Clinique eyebrows on June 30th, but only one working. The other one keeps falling apart when I try to open it. I came back and asked if I could get a different one. The result: No apology at all and got treated like a piece of crap. No exchange for a broken shit they fooled me to buy. They say they have no control of the product quality ?!?! Gave me attitude for a broken thing they sold in store. The other employees are nice. I called ahead to ask about business hours and was told open till 8 pm. I arrived at 7:10 pm to find a note on the door saying they closed at 7 pm. It was such a buzz kill! Also when I actually visited the store a few days later (weekday, not busy at all), I noticed staff in general were a bit indifferent, not rude, just "cold" enough that you didn't feel "pleasant" to stay there. I came here for the first time today. The store is HUGE!!! They also sell Flirt and Grass Roots here (huge Kohls fan, can you tell?)!! They have plenty of products to choose from. As far as the MAC stuff... OMG. I was in MAC heaven. Seriously. I FINALLY MADE IT HERE! I seriously had to pinch myself to confirm this, haha. I was pretty much in cosmetics heaven I aint gonna lie. So yeah you get a mixed bag and I only went for the MAC stuff so I was a happy camper. On my trip they had, lipglosses, lipsticks, paint pots, fuildliners, skin stuff and more. They had quite a bit from the "Surf Baby Collection" (2011). You kinda just get what you get, mostly discontinued items. I snatched up the "Viva Glam Gaga 2" lipstick for $10.50 (retail $14.50)! OH hell YEAH! I have been searching for that lipstick high and low it's limited edition for one year only. Sure beats paying $20+ on ebay. I got a paint pot for $11.75 (retails for $18) so they are at some type of discount. MAC never goes on sale so this is really the only way to find some of their items for a discount. So I had the hubby drive us up to Napa a few months ago just because everyone was raving about this place. Sure, they have discount cosmetics, though not by much. However, what they don't have is ANYTHING completely natural and free of parabens as well as other harmful toxic ingredients. If someone tries to argue that Clinique is all natural, they better check the label again. A few natural ingredients or herbs in a product do NOT make it natural. If there are harmful preservatives and any parabeens (methyparaben, propylparben, butlyparaben etc..) it's not natural and potentially very toxic, depending how often you use them. Anyway, I guess I will stick to buying from small mom and pop shops or ordering from trusted discount places online such as I herb. It's your skin and body and how it looks as you age is entirely dependent on the products you use. I would be very careful of buying here just because you get a small discount, if I were you. I love this location. Great MAC and Bobbi Brown (BB) selection. I found the BB cream shadow sticks here for under 20 bucks each. They had about 10 colors, and good everyday colors like Bronze and other neutrals. I spent $120 on 2 BB, 4 Mac, and 1 Estee Lauder product. read more

I'm a fan because they usually have items in stock that are out of normal stores. I've bought items that were out of season here and I loved them. The selection varies. Some items will be on the shelves for a while and others never come back. Because it's an outlet store, this is par for the course. If you see something you like, be sure to grab it! The selection however isn't as large as some of the other reviewers are making it seem. Sometimes there is a decent selection of MAC product, other times it's slim pickin's. They also usually never sell a full line of product--I recently went in and they had MAC's Wonder Woman collection from last year. They had every lipstick BUT the color I wanted. The product they sell is discounted--but nowhere near 80% as another poster claimed. Most of the product I've bought has been discounted within $4-$10, and this has never been an 80% discount. I purchased a perfume here that I had found later sold at other stores for fifteen dollars LESS than their discounted price. The clerks aren't very friendly or helpful if you need information on application or colors. I've had a few of the older women cashiers be down right rude to me at times, however, I think these ladies were seasonal help, as I haven't seen them there lately. Their tester items aren't meant to be used to test--they have cotton pads, Q-tips and disposable testers for this reason--don't use the tube itself for testing, and if you're unsure, ask for it to be sanitized! If your in the area, check back often, because their stock changes and new items/brands are added often. read more

I live in the SF area and I normally go to the CCS in Gilroy or Vacaville but this one is definitely my favorite! I went to the other two about a week ago and picked up a couple lip products but today I spent a decent amount of money. This store had a better selection when it came to the MAC products. They had more foundations, more blushes, skin products, lipsticks and glosses. But the best of them all was their eyeshadow selections and palettes. They had some great colors. They had plenty of stuff from their FAFI, Heatherette, Alexander McQueen, and 3D line. They carry other make up lines as well. Such as, Bobbi Brown, Lancome, Estee Lauder, etc. They did mess up on my bill. They accidentally rang up some other makeup that had not been mine, but they did the return quickly so I won't hold them against it. read more

Amazing deals and awesome selection on MAC products. I ended up getting over $200 worth of MAC eyeshadows and lipsticks for $67. This was my first time at this store & the first thing I noticed was that I was not greeted upon entry. There were 4 workers all in the register area while I was the ONLY customer in the store, so I thought it was rude no one made an effort to say anything to me. This place sells Estee Lauder perfumes, among other brands. It was here I discovered Pleasures Exotic, which is very close to a perfume I used to wear but is no longer made. I bought a small bottle and there's a bit left, but it's getting low. Since we were going to be in Napa for a wedding and had decided to stay in a B&B to save ourselves a drive home afterwards, it was an easy stop at the factory outlet mall. I looked at the perfume display (prices are better than Fragrancenet.com for Pleasures Exotic) and my eye was caught by Pleasures Intense, which was new to me. It has an open bottle rather than a spray. One sniff and I was convinced. I decided to buy a bottle of Intense rather than Exotic. When I run out of Exotic I can replenish. read more

The best Cosmetic Company Outlet I have ever been to!!! I have been to the Vacaville and Gilroy CCO's many times and a few in Southern California, but for some reason, this place has amazing inventory. Whether your a MAC addict, Bobbi Brown lover or a Clinique enthusiast, you will love this place! You'd be willing to drive hours to come here (maybe). Any brands under the Estee Lauder company name is sold here at discounted prices (holiday sets, discontinued products or over produced items are sold). A few weeks ago, I walked out with a bag full of items. I was extremely happy! I spent about $150, but at a retail or department store I would have paid over $250. Also, I was surprised to see certain items-- the notorious Hello Kitty doll from MAC's Hello Kitty release, a couple Coach perfumes and an array of brushes from different brands. At many CCO's, those items would sell fast (I commonly hear that employees and their family/friends buy out most-wanted items). Bravo Napa CCO; you are the best! I went there with my daughter and husband when we got there it was 2 people already in the store so I walked in my husband and daughter were behind me but the New employee RAN to the door to stop them from entering and blocked the door with rope i guess due to Covo 19 but there were only 2 other people in the store she could at least offer them an explanation that would have seem somewhat professional but of course NO explanation whatsoever so anyway she then comes to follow me and I mean she was not even 2feet away from me which made me VERY uncomfortable My husband was looking through the door and saw her he couldn't believe it he was SO mad that he knocked on the window to get my attention he was PISSED he then told me that I better not spend another Damn dime in that store ,I mean they made it so obvious that they did not want me there anyway so we left but I was so saddened by what I experienced but the real pathetic part was THE MANAGER KNEW me from shopping there ALL the time how Unprofessional is that ! You cannot go into this store with a specific item in mind. Like most outlet stores, their items change frequently. If you need specific advice on choosing a certain makeup, or you are looking for a particular color, head over to a mall's cosmetics counter or ask a makeup artist. The sales people here are helpful when you ask general questions (When's your next shipment? Where is this brand located?) and were sweet when asking me how I blended the eyeshadow colors I was wearing that day. If you have an open mind about what you want to purchase (OMG MAKEUP!! GIMME GIMME!) or you are a makeup collector and you love Estee Lauder brands (Clinique, Prescriptives, MAC, Bobbi Brown, Aveda) then you will absolutely love this store. As a MAC addict, I discovered some hard to find and limited edition items (Fafi, Heatherette etc.) a good selection of pigments (more than what I've seen at some malls), eyeshadows, msf's and some basics (Fix +, Studio Moisture Fix, a decent assortment of brushes, foundation ), all for 30%-40% off. Most of the items found here are going for more on ebay as "discontinued" or "rare", so instead of buying on ebay and risking the possibility of fake MAC products, visit this place first! read more
