The last three dishes I've tried here - Mongolian Beef, Crispy Beef, and Black Pepper Chicken on this visit - were smothered in shiny, sweet brown sauce, and there were far too many superfluous vegetables. Their pork fried rice is incredible! They don't skimp on portions at all. They use large chunks of pork in the rice, so you can actually taste it, and it's so good. The General Tso's chicken is spiced to perfection. My absolute FAVORITE though, is the teriyaki chicken skewers. I've never tasted anything so wonderful in my life. I could go there and only eat those and be more than happy. Egg rolls are always on point too. I always eat too much because it's so yummy, but it never makes me feel awful afterwards like some takeout does. The only thing I've tried that I didn't love was the chicken wings. The egg rolls were crispy and large, and based on my experience working in a Chinese restaurant years ago, I suspect their egg rolls are made in house.
