It might just be me, but there is no "free space" anywhere. The place is an absolute mess. Perhaps if he stopped watching movies during the day or hired an assistant, customers would be a little more satisfied with the level of service. Currently, it is unsatisfactory. I took my laptop off his hands, because it was obviously too much responsibility for him to handle. I would recommend avoiding this business if you appreciate good service and would like to see your property returned to you in reasonable amount of time.
