Which is another point to consider, speaking about concern for the safety for your dog. They have dogs running around loose before and after their service. Not sure if that's a good idea, could be very traumatic for your dog if anyone gets aggressive or nervous. I found it to be very chaotic and stressful. If you are looking for any grooming or spa services beyond a shave, don't bother bringing your dog here.

She just drove up and took Gerty right in. She did such a great job grooming her, and Gert smelled amazing! Gerty is not easy to groom (I've tried and it's always a struggle), but she was so patient and worked really well with her. And you get a little report card which I loved. Our pup is recovering from recent health issues so mobile grooming was less stressful for her than going to a regular pet groomer.
