Lots of delays and non-responsiveness in scheduling, repeated problems with simple drop offs at the front desk. When your insurance company is more on the ball and tells you everything is approved and ready and you still wait weeks on your doctors office to give you the same info, you know something is off.

And I was high and in some pain, so next time I will ask them to give me some time and take it manually. Also, I hope they upgrade their water fountain in the lobby--it kept spraying me in the face--smile.

I had a healthy, successful pregnancy from my very first IVF and 3 remaining genetically normal embryos remaining after I moved to the state. At my first implantation, the doctor asked about the gender (we had 2 males and 1 female remaining. We implanted the female). The doctor said "another girl? What are you going to tell your son one day?" Doctor, that's none of your business. That implantation ended in a miscarriage. For the next two [failed] implantations, my doctor added different medications saying "at this point, the studies are all voodoo, so why not try." She knows more than me so I trusted her, which I shouldn't have done. She tested my thyroid and gave me medication but never told me how important it is to take thyroid medication separate from other medicines. I realize she's not an endocrinologist, but if you prescribe it, you should give the warning. At one point I was taking over 11 pills and a shot. She also assumed that adding more estrogen was the answer and my levels were skyrocketing. Again, I'm not the doctor. As I said, both my implantations failed. I know that IVF is never a guarantee. And I don't completely fault the facility, however, in my journey to expand my family I feel like I wasted a year at Carolina Conceptions. New to the area, I thought it was my only option. It's not.

I've suffered from MS like symptoms, endometriosis, and overall hormonal issues that have affected my life big time. Wound up in the ER from stroke like symptoms a couple years ago and was laughed out bc I'm only 30yo. I've seen a handful of naturopaths, and although they are much more diligent than typical Drs, I was still struggling. As last resort I went to a local acupuncturist who began to change my life. Only issue was he couldn't run tests and I still had no real answers, but he made me a believer in Eastern medicine. That's when I found Dr. Weber. I have given it a good 6 mo to see results and let me tell you, this man is giving me my life back! The front desk staff are rude are completely clueless, I was charged for many things i shouldn't have been and had to go back to get them to fix it. The last straw was when I cancelled all future appointments because i am switching Gynos, and they "have no record of cancelling my appt last month" and i got charged a no sho fee when i got no notification of an appointment. Dr Bhiwandi has the worst beside manner, and should not be giving exams to anyone who is sexually active.
