Lack of Communication: It was nearly impossible to communicate preferences or pain levels. When I pointed out an area that needed cleaning, I was told it "wasn't covered," followed by the aggressive scrubbing that caused my injuries. Subpar Quality: Once we got home, the extent of the poor workmanship became clear. My wife's polish was uneven and poorly applied. My daughter's manicure was lopsided, with one hand's nails significantly longer than the other. Final Verdict: Do not let the 4.9-star rating fool you. This was not just a "bad paint job"--it was a painful, unprofessional experience that left me wounded. Please look elsewhere for your nail services.
