I went in for a 215 appointment for a 90 minute massage and when I walked out, it was 330. I told the woman very nicely that we ended a little early but that's OK. Instead, she fought with me telling me that I came at a different time when I know what time I came. She was so rude to me that she basically threw my credit card at me at the end, and even though I tipped her, she threw the tip behind her.. I'm really thinking about if I should ever go back again it was very upsetting how she dealt with the entire thing. It's OK that she made the mistake but the way she treated me was disgusting inappropriate and very unprofessional! I hope they can learn from this review Because their massages truly are wonderful!

That tells me that something "shady" is going on. Usually all the massage therapists need to be certified. Unless it's a "full body head to toe to head" place. Not going back. I even brought my gf here and at the time they were great. Make sure you ask for one of the older, more experienced women.

The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and made my mom and I both feel very uncomfortable. We paid and tipped 20% to both women that massaged us. The women first complained to us directly and then had the manager tell us we needed to tip more. Again, we tipped 20%. If there is a tip minimum (one that is above the standard at that), then it should be included with the price. The women proceeded to follow us to our car and scream at us in a different language.

Compared to the massages in Thailand, this was like 75% Thai, 25% deep tissue, and it was fantastic. In Thailand, they don't use oil. Here, they did, and it was great. My body was stretched and beaten, and I feel like I just ran a marathon, in the best way possible. Anyway, the spa itself is really nice. I was pleasantly surprised. I've lived in this town for over three years and never thought to go in, but it's lovely! The staff is great too and the prices are very fair.

Nancy is the massage therapist and all the other ladies that work the other stations are quick and clean The attention they pay to the details on my nails is fabulous. I walk out feeling like a million bucks and only spent pennies.
