I went to LuckyJ8de to get a classic wispy set. It was easy to navigate to the studio by the signs once approaching. The studio was so cute, comfortable, and vibrant. First off, she's so easy to talk to that time seems to fly... but I've also had an appointment where I just closed my eyes and took a quick nap. I felt comfortable either way. If you want a lash artist who genuinely cares about the health of your lashes when receiving extensions, GO TO CATHERINE! When I first went to Catherine, it was to get lashes done for my 24th birthday. It was a last minute decision and a couple of people suggested seeing Catherine to do my lash extensions! I contacted her and asked her to squeeze me in last minute, and she was able to make time for me! She's very flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. It's really hard for me to stay still in any type of way or form, but Catherine walked me through the process and talked with me during my first appointment (which took two and a half hours) so I felt very comfortable and at ease. I always receive so many compliments on my lashes and there are many people who can't even tell that they are extensions because they look so natural! As a long time client of Catherine's, I highly recommend her if you want healthy, voluminous, and gorgeous lashes. Having extensions have allowed my natural lashes to grow longer as well (I rub my eyes and scratch at them WAY less now that I have on extensions, and that helps protect my natural lashes). I am extremely picky and do my research when it comes to finding the best of the best to go to when it comes to doing your hair, lashes, nails, etc. Let me tell you, NO ONE is better than Catherine! Before discovering Beauty by Thatfemale, I was going to a studio that used solely Xtreme lashes and products for 3-4 months. To maintain Xtreme lashes is Xtremely expensive. The brand is highly rated in the industry, but the products did not bond to my natural lashes or give me the look I desired. I tried several different glues and lash types with no success. I do not wear a lot of make up, so I want extensions to add to my aesthetic without being over the top.
