I'm not sure how they have good reviews because I left here with completely destroyed lashes. I went for a lash lift and I swear the girl who did them..it must have been her first day. She was fumbling around, didn't even secure my bottom lashes, and I left with burnt lashes. They were a mess going in different directions and looked like hair that was put under a flame and burned. It took me so long to get them healthy again, I tried every product to make them look even semi-normal. I was truly traumatized. The place did not look clean or professionally set up either. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or go back.

There's a waiting area with a coffee bar, a reception desk and two beds behind glamorous sheer curtains where your lashes will be done. Additionally, despite being in downtown Bethesda, the location allows for easy street parking or garage parking just across the street. Jin has always been so warm, communicative and professional so nothing has changed there. And if you're a fan of her dog like I am, you'll be happy to know you still might get to see him as well. What has changed is the space and an expanding list of services. I've been a client for years and still feel satisfied every time I set an appointment up with her and can still enthusiastically recommend!

The owner MiMi, contacted me via text about 2 weeks later to see if I was ready for a fill. There was some back and forth about the date and time and in the end I just kind of, popped up at the shop. Mimi had someone come in to assist me. I wasn't 100 percent pleased with my fill (the technician did what I requested but I wasn't prepared for the dramatic change and panicked!) I communicated that I wasn't sure I liked this particular look to MiMi later on that night. She contacted me the next morning to schedule me to come back in so that she could revise my lashes. I actually ended up seeing Emmy (Mimi herself wanted to assist me but due to a scheduling conflict, I requested and earlier appt and Emmy was available)... she was awesome(again!). The lashes have amazing staying power. You could probably go 3 to 4 weeks before you NEED a fill in, albeit with a few lashes gone. Emmy is now the only technician I will book. She is super sweet and will make sure you are happy! Emmy and Mimi, your customer service is A++++! Pro-tips - bring a sweater or wear long sleeves..the room gets very cool. - bring an ipod/phone with earbuds. Rather than adjusting the approach, responsibility was shifted to the client. I would walk around with a full beard before I ever give this woman another penny of my money.
