I told her I was looking for disposable vapes and instead of explaining anything, she just tapped on the glass display. I moved a binder so I could see what she was pointing at, and she immediately moved it back and said, in a very condescending tone, something to the effect of, "That's a menu...use it." There was no explanation that the binder was a menu, and the whole interaction felt rude and awkward. Tapping on the counter and expecting customers to just know what you mean isn't good customer service. Use your words...On top of that, the prices are high.
