I have dealt with Grand Copy in the past, but Minuteman Press was conveniently located. I opted for Minuteman. I have been working on a memorial service program for my oldest sister who transitioned in February 2025. It has been a challenge for me, with the help from my younger sister, to select the photos. The written obituary was edited numerous times until I was satisfied with the wordings. Carla Sanchez was a tremendous help, and she was pleasant. She was also extremely patient with me. We went through so many hoops to get 77 photos from my gallery folder to their email. She even showed me samples of other people's funeral/memorial service programs. Quite impressive that there was a program for the late Frankie Beverly. The whole process took about 1-1/2 hours to complete the task at hand. I needed 75 copies of the memorial service program. The total cost was about $704. A little pricy. However, I know the quality of the finished product will be memorable and well worth it. Finally. I am thankful for my friend's recommendation and Minuteman Press. The program will be ready about a week before the memorial service. read more

CARLA SANCHEZ deserves bonuses, raises and any other compensation and accolades for what she did for me today. She embodied dedication to her work and customer service. Unbeknownst to me my printer had stopped working and my sister came into town for an interview today. Naturally, in the hour before her interview we realized she couldn't print resumes. Zoomed over to Minuteman and didn't even know how I was going to get the document from my sister's computer to them, but I figured I'd sort it out (possibly with begging) when I got there. Meanwhile, I had yet to realize that my sister's resume was more than 1 page. Not to worry though! The saint that is Carla helped me get all the copies (and stapled!) in about 5 minutes. She even stopped and asked if I needed double sided copies, but stopped and answered herself saying, "One-sided was better for interviews." All I could do was nod. I'm finally able to give my review on the outstanding service my family received during one of the most difficult times of our lives. I was referred by a friend to try their services and I'm happy I did. Carla you and the staff went above and beyond the call, I can't remember the owners name, but he called a nice gentleman by the name of Lawrence to help with my grandmother's obituary because of time and I am so happy he did. During a emotionally draining COVID summer, the Minuteman Press team were patient and supportive as I designed a memorial program/obituary for my cousin.
