I have been to this nail salon many times. Today my nail tech said he would not clip my nails short…read moreas requested before polishing. Cutting before polishing is the standard practice. He insisted that was too short and then he had to file them a lot after polishing to make them the length I requested which I need for my work. I had to ask him to go shorter several times. He begrudgingly filed them short then basically kicked me out and would not do my pedicure to match. Stressful and not at all relaxing. Won't go back. Poor customer service skills. Did not listen to the customer.
