Lucky Nick's catered our wedding at The Barton House and everything was great! They were professional, responsive, on time, and of course the food was delicious. We worked with them to create a custom pizza based on the bride's favorite flavors. The guests all loved the pizzas and went back for seconds and thirds, haha. I've attended around 30 of Lucky Nick's pop-up events across the Inland Empire and Orange County, and every time it's a phenomenal experience. The menu is broad, creative, and truly has something for everyone--but as a pizza lover, I can confidently say these pizzas are my absolute #1. I've traveled through Italy and tried authentic Neapolitan-style pizza, and Lucky Nick's is the closest--and best--I've had since then. The sourdough crust sets it apart: light, airy, flavorful, and so good that I happily eat every last bite of it (the only pizza where that's true for me!). The flavor balance is spot on--bold and delicious without ever being overpowering. I always tell people to grab whatever catches their eye on the menu, even if you're just curious. You won't regret it. I usually take home 4-5 pizzas each time because once you finish one, you'll immediately start craving another. On top of that, I know they also offer catering services, with a menu that includes a few special items not available at the pop-ups. The first time I tried lucky nicks they had a winter special with persimmon on it and it was amazing. My other favorites are the classic pepperoni, the one with mushrooms, 'nyc cops' & most recently their new pizza with vodka sauce + pepperoni. A twist on the classic & so freaking good. The Marinara pizza is a masterclass in bread-baking because you can taste the bright flavors of the tomatoes that complement the complexity of his dough recipe.
