Upstairs there are extra services such as massages, facials, scrubs, reflexology, etc. for an additional fee per service. They also have a dining area where you can purchase lunch/dinner as well. Upon arrival/check in you will pay for your day pass/services and then you are given a numbered key. The key will open a numbered locker to your left where you store your shoes only. Then, you walk barefoot or with socks on to the men's/women's changing rooms. Once in the changing room, you will look for your numbered locker which the same key fits, to store your street clothes, so that you can put on the uniform. The change room is massive and has bathrooms, showers, and the entrance to the pool. ***You are not allowed to wear clothing in the pool, not even a bathing suit, just FYI. However, if you're daring enough to enjoy the pool in the buff, the men's and women's pools are separate and walled off. So it's not coed at all, if that's a concern. I consider myself pretty cultured, but this is one thing that I was surprised about the 1st time I visited and not comfortable with, so I have never partaken in the pool. Other than that, the various degrees of saunas are great, the massages, and the food in the dining area. I enjoy what I partake in, and find it to be a good value overall.

They made us fill out a form for covid related info and then we were taken into the room. We did a couples massage but for covid reasons we were not in the same room - not a big deal. The room was warm and the beds were heated. From the beginning my massage therapist was attentive and paid attention to all of the problem areas. She was thorough and I felt amazing afterwards. I had to wear a mask when I flipped over - which was fine and preferred for me - and she wore a mask and a face shield/goggles so I felt even safer.
