The nail tech is Samara. My nails chipped two hours after the appointment and lifted 4 days later. Don't go here, you'll be scammed! This nail salon keeps the $20 deposit. I showed up and went through a terrible experience, yet they kept the deposit. Deposits should only go through if you don't show and if it does go through, it should be discounted from your total. I follow their Instagram page and saw they had a last minute opening on a Sunday afternoon so I took it! They took my info and I received an email confirming my appt with Liz. I had my husband drop me off since I struggle with parallel parking and I also have zero patience if I can't find a good spot. Keep in mind, parking is free on Sundays for those of you that choose to drive yourselves! I arrived on time and was immediately greeted upon arriving and told Liz would be with me shortly. I waited about 15 minutes before I was sat down but I didn't mind since I made the appt last minute and was thankful they were able to squeeze me in. Liz was extremely friendly and was very open to hearing about what I wanted to get done and designs, etc. It was very refreshing to have a nail tech that genuinely listened to my needs and concerns. I ended up going with an acrylic full set with a snowman design. Liz took her time and did an excellent job. She constantly made sure the nail length and shape was perfect and also asked me if I was satisfied with everything throughout the process. First want to say all of the wonderful ladies that work here are so kind! They saved me from getting my car towed, and left me with beautiful nails! I am very particular and often anxious when I get my nails done but I didn't experience any of that here. After some instagram digging I got my nails done with Samara and she did them perfectly. Went in today for the first time and it's the best salon experience I've had in New Brunswick! My nail tech was Yesli, she was so sweet and detail oriented! I'm obsessed with the set I walked out with, and will definitely be coming back. I like that their booking system is online and they provide examples of each category. I am making an anonymous review to protect my identity as it is my due right. The quality of services that we pay for is important and felt the need to write this review. I want to start by saying that the salons quality of work is great. However, there is alot they can improve when it comes to customer experience and I hope they see this review and make the changes needed. When I go to salons, I want to feel relaxed!! After a stressful week, the last thing I want to feel is that I am in a club! The music they play in high volume is terrible! Not suitable for clients at all especially the ones that would like to bring their kids for services. Please stop playing cursing rap, reggaeton and and this dirty music! Everytime I leave I feel even more stressed than when I came in. The salon is all young girls but as a business owner you should know better! Play calming music for your guest as not everyone wants to hear about sex, drugs and profanity the entire visit! At one point I decided to bring my headphones to block out the music and they play it so loud that my noise canceling headphones could not compete! Secondly, I witness one of the girls that work there disrespect one of their Mexican workers that do pedicure.This was a bit of a straw for me in not returning. I wish I can provide her name but the fact that this is a worker there discriminating against her own peer in front of the manager and the fact that it was tolerate in front of clients was sad! All the girls there are spanish which suprised me that this is even happening. Please, have more compassion and care about your workers and your clients. Clients want to feel relaxed after a long day/week of work. I am sure if you incorporate these changes, you may see a bigger flow of business. Unfortunately, as much as I like their work on nails, I cannot recommend my family and friends. I also decided to find another salon. Hope this helps anyone! read more

I found this salon today and decided to give it a shot because I really needed to get my nails done for a wedding. I was immediately greeted warmly and was taken right away. I asked for my old acrylics from a previous salon to be taken off and to have a gel manicure. At my old salon they would just rip the nails off here they soaked my nails and gently removed my acrylic protecting the natural nail. That's when it was revealed to me that my old salon was actually using MMA which is highly illegal and terrible for your nails. Liz did my gel manicure and was so kind and very gentle throughout everything. I've been getting my nails done for over 5 years and never had a more relaxing experience. Well decided to try this place once again , needed to get my nails done for vacation , I booked for a full set with soak off . I got there at my appointment time tried to get there early but parking there is horrible . First was told she didn't have time for the soak off even though technically my appointment was at 2 pm . Only time for a fill in with solid color , but I booked a full set with soak off ???? when I asked about my booking she says I booked it wrong and can call the shop for more specific way of creating the booking , granted this was a different tech from last time . She seemed to be in a rush , I saw she did not put enough clear coat in the end but she was in such a rush, I even asked for some stones to finish the nails , she said I don't have time but I will try so she put only one stone , honestly I wasn't happy but I made the decision to try this place again , this fill in was a total of 80 . Price point is still higher since I booked a new set for the same price which they couldn't do due to an appointment after me . Honestly my review is based solely on the way I felt rushed and how my nails are not holding up considering it's only been two days . I got a pedicure here for the first time from Maria. I got here about 5 minutes before my appointment, but was waiting for 15-20 min before i got my feet in the bath, where i was left for another 10 min. Online, the appointment was said to be 40 minutes long, but I was there for about twice as long. When the pedicure started, I felt that she was a bit harsh on my feet, cutting straight down my toenail to the nail bed. The gap from the piece of nail she took out closed and left me with a painful ingrown toenail type of pain on my left big toe, which makes it hard to walk or even rest my feet without feeling the pain. I can't speak for the manicures, but my pedicure wasn't the best experience. read more

I didn't go here but they called and got my car towed. I had an obvious note with my phone number, name, and the suite in the building I was in. They didn't even have the human decency to call or ring the bell to ask me to move it. Ruined my day for no good reason. I know it took longer to call the towing company, have them get there (12 minutes away), and wait to have my car towed than it would've been to reach out. If they can't do that, I can't imagine they have good customer service at all. read more
