The staff here has always been friendly on my visits. I did have to wait a few minutes when I dropped off my dogs this past week, and that was because they were outside with the dogs. (Not a problem at all!) While I don't doubt that some people have had some not-so-great experiences here, I also know that many of the negative reviews center on cost. This place is not cheap. Neither are any other boarding joints that I am aware of. But I have never worried about their condition while I have been away.
