I showed them what I wanted online. They gave me a quote. I came in to drop off my supplied hoodies/shirts and they gave me an eta from there. After the mock up was sent to me for approval, I noticed a smelling mistake on the shirt (my fault). They corrected the spelling error and stayed in constant communication with me.
