I showed them what I wanted online. They gave me a quote. I came in to drop off my supplied hoodies/shirts and they gave me an eta from there. After the mock up was sent to me for approval, I noticed a smelling mistake on the shirt (my fault). They corrected the spelling error and stayed in constant communication with me. He worked with me personally on the wrap design and was very patient with me even though I changed the design multiple times. He worked with me on deciding whether it would be best to do a full wrap or a partial wrap and he also me to decide what price/option would be best for my business.
