Every person that I've ever dealt with has been very friendly and professional... not to mention, the work has been impeccable. Bought 3 of my 4 kids letterman's jackets here along with many visits throughout the years to have patches and embroidery added. To be clear, if it wasn't for their work product, this would be a solid 1 star. To be fair, when they do finally get around to your order (if at all), there are no complaints (we've had two kids' worth of letterman's jackets, among several other projects, so have a long and varied experience with the company). Unfortunately unless you're not dictated by time or have a deadline, you will be sorely disappointed. I can fully understand providing an "estimated" date, but when that date is off by not only days but weeks, therein lies the problem. Will be looking for a competitor from now on. read more

I was a customer here and printed many shirts (like every week). Until one of the owners (John) decided not to print shirts for me anymore. He printed my graphic CROOKED on the shirt (NOT ONCE but TWICE) then wanted me to still pay for the shirt and his excuse was, "It's an Internet Graphic." Funny how the second shirt (from the same order) was also an "Internet Graphic" and printed straight and just fine. Truth of the matter is, he printed the graphic crooked and this was not the first time (as I have already stated) then did not take responsibility for his sloppy work. Not sure if he gets too busy at times then just rushes orders. Whatever the case may be, if you mess up then you mess up. Don't blame the customer for YOUR WORK being unsatisfactory. I give this place the second star for fixing the EMBROIDERY on my jersey. The work on this was good. Overall I don't recommend this place because if the work does turn out unsatisfactory, chances are they'll blame you. read more

This is a long overdue review, but better late than never. This guy over here knows what he is talking about and has the work to show for it. He's willing to show you some shirt samples before you commit to any job. I had some DTP works done at other places and I wasn't too happy with the quality and colors, which had no pop. His printing for DTP was by far superior in eyes comparing from other works by other shops. The heat press examples I saw looked pretty good as well. Thus guy is willing to work with you, with whatever job you need. Recommended. read more
