Wow! I don't often leave reviews but I just had a 50 min massage at this place and no joke, it was the best massage I've ever had. I have never been touched like that in my life. The lady that I had, Joy, walked on my back (I've never had a masseuse do that) and knew exactly what she was doing. I cannot recommend her enough! Nothing "super" about this place at all. I wasn't expecting much since it's just a massage joint and not a luxury spa... but it still was a disappointment. First they tried to stop my hour massage about 15 minutes early. My apt was at 5:30, I walked in at 5:28 and waited as they helped another customer. Then I signed in, paid, used the restroom then got undressed. Was ready to go by 5:40... massage stopped at 5:25. When I said something the woman argued with me. It was rude and unprofessional. I should have just been done with it as the massage itself was a disappointment. They advertise that it is hot oil... and it is for about 10 minutes. The rest of the time they are rubbing you over a sheet or towel, which I personally do not find relaxing at all. And they don't touch scalp/head or feet... another disappointment. 1 star for being clean. read more

Sooooo. This place has a lot of good. Parking in the back but it was all taken. Lol! So I need to find parking on the street, no big deal because I got real lucky and found something close. You're greeted with a big smile and you give the payment 1st. No biggie.... I went for the scrub and the 90 minute massage. Started with the scrub but it more like a soft bathe. Now I must say - I'm use to getting a scrub that takes of 1-2 layers of skin. Lol! But some people don't like that, that's just my thing and she didn't really scrub the butt. Lol! Oh god, I wish I can give 0 star ATTENTION, I am warning you, do not go to this place for relax. This is probably the worst service I have ever had. All they care is your MONEY. I made the appointment and went there at probably 7 pm. The 1 hour spa is 65 dollars, the regular price, which is acceptable. While the same time, the manager constantly recommend us to take 90 minutes one which is 20 dollars more. I refused it and she said " ok, pay". Yes, she literally said " OK, PAY" and reached out her hand. It is really rude. What? You think I will just run away? I felt so offensive. Really, really offensive. I went into a private room, just the normal size like other spa place. The pants they asked me wear is super super large and they said it is the only one they have. I am the normal size and the pants is twice big. There is no way I can wear it. Then the people came in, it is a female aged like 30. During the massage it was not bad. That is being said, it is normal, not bad, nothing special. Then 60 minutes were gone, she went out and while I was wearing my own pants, she came in again. I said " sorry I am wearing my pants" and she said nothing but stood there, look at me!!!! I knew she wanted tip so I gave 10% to her though I didn't even have time to wear my pants. She said it is too too little, and I should give her 20 dollars minimum for tip. Wooooo, 20 dollars minimum tip for a 65 dollars SPA? And it is just normal. She said people usually pay 40 dollars for tip or even 100% for tip. We argued for 10 minutes and she took my card away for 20 dollars minimum tip. The staff is very experienced and knowledgeavle about the needs of the customers. I needed therapy and this place really knew what they were doing. Still the best place in Los Angeles. updated 5-14-15 This still the best in LA and right next to LAX. The women are beautiful, kind and are professional masseuses. They give the greatest massages. I will never go to another place. Last year I review SuperSpa. I said it was unique and that the personnel were extremely qualified, courteous and sweet. Just nice people. I have a lower back problem and they showed me some stretching moves that I passed along to my wife who know uses them when my lower back is killing me.
