I stopped in with my two children to grab a quick snack while we were shopping and purchased a MrBeast Feastables chocolate bar and a small bag of Fritos. To my surprise, the total came to nearly $9. When I asked about the price, the clerk explained that the chocolate bar alone was $5. After checking prices elsewhere, I found the same chocolate bar selling for under $2 at other retailers. Marking up products that dramatically feels less like convenience pricing and more like taking advantage of customers. Businesses are free to set their own prices, but consumers are free to decide where to spend their money. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I won't be returning. It's disappointing to see a business charge such excessive prices and seem perfectly comfortable doing so. read more

I hate to leave negative reviews, but I felt like I needed to say something. I come here occasionally on my work break and I never had an actual problem until today. I bought a bottle of soda and when I opened it, it was flat. I opened it right after walking out, and came right back in within 1 minute of buying it and asked to exchange it. The clerk said he couldn't exchange it because it was open, buuuuut the only way to know something is wrong with it is when it's open...right? He seemed like he didn't care and I felt like he just wrote me off. As far as his usual service, it's just very flat and cold and unfriendly. Come here only if you want to be insulted. My most recent experience: The clerk (who I believe is the owner) tells me there's a $5 credit card minimum on my purchase of $4.35. Thinking I didn't have cash on me, I said "Well that's a bummer" and walk out the front door. I notice he roughly grabbed my item and threw it to the side. Upon walking out, I realized I had $10 cash so I walk back to the counter. He said to me, "Well what a surprise" very condescendingly. I responded, "There's no reason to be rude; I didn't realize I had any cash on me," to which he retorts, "Well just a minute ago, you said you didn't have any cash and now you do. Who would have thought??" "I thought you weren't allowed to have a minimum on credit card transactions," I responded. "You can have a minimum of $10. You think I don't know that??" The conversation only went downhill from here until he was nearly yelling at me as I walked out of the store. This store has a decent selection and is conveniently located, but from now on, I'll go out of my way to avoid this place. Updating my review to go with the new store. They shut down and gutted this place a while back, updating it to modern times. In the process, lots of the prices went up, but then I'm sure the rent did too. It's a reasonable trade-off because they now carry some specialty items that they never did before. Do not buy Puff Bars here. They consistently sell fake ones that do not work. After I bought my first fake one here, one minute after I had bought it, I went back in to tell them that it wasn't working and they got annoyed with me and said they couldn't do anything about it. This place is the worst. I went in this morning and purchased a pack of cigarettes and some snacks. I left and realized i forgot to pick up the cigarettes off the counter. I've never had worse service in my entire life. The Asian guy working business hours during the week is rude and acts like he doesn't want to be there. I normally give people a pass, because everyone has bad days, but I've been in this spot several times and every time this same guy has been horrible. This last incident was enough for me.
