It's been three days and I'm still waiting for the call that says I'm off the waitlist, especially since I'm the first one on the list. Four of us came here on New Year's Day, around 3:15 pm. It didn't look busy: the arcade and the bar area were near empty. The lanes were busy, but it was hard to see if they were all full, as some folks looked like they were about to leave. When we walked up, we were told that there was a waitlist and we were first on the list. We stayed around the check-in area in case they called us-- since they said that we were first. We saw them check in 3 groups; maybe they had reservations. We waited about 20 minutes, and we saw at least three groups check out. When I asked the front desk if they had a general idea of the wait time, he said he didn't know. We kept seeing them check in new people. After 30 minutes, we left. The pricing was also questionable. What was posted (New Year special) and what they quoted when we asked for the cost per round were different. I've been to other Lucky Strikes that were legit busy and received good customer service. Staff need better training, or they need a better system. Or something. Definitely not going back. read more

I took my daughter (6) here for her birthday as a mom daughter date and she had the BEST TIME!! There is bowl, interactive games, claw games, racing games, sports game, sky ball etc she had a great time! I will be going here again soon! Drinks are very poorly made. They are a rip off! Waitress spilled an entire drink on me. I know accidents happen but no gesture or acknowledgement to try and smooth it over. Something also wonky about the soft drinks. They didn't taste right. The machines need to be serviced. I love bowling, feels like it's pretty easy to make the experience good. This place was a great time for the whole family. The arcade had an amazing prize vault with signed jerseys from everyone's favorites Jokic and McKinnon. It's about $12 a person to bowl per game plus $6 for the shoe rental. Similar to Bowlero pricing (same ownership I think) but no discounts offered yet, since they just opened. Food and drinks were a bit pricy but everyone loved their meal and the drinks were strong. The chicken tenders got rave reviews all around. We spent about $280 for a family of 4 with 1 game of bowling and food but. With a side of fries coming in at about $13, I think we made reasonable choices. The place is brand new, clean and had something for everyone. The staff were attentive and helpful with menu choices. This place was great for family night out but would've also been a great date night. We will definitely be back again soon. read more

Bad costumer service, people working at the front is so mean and they act like if they don't want to help you

Lucky Strike was all but empty when we arrived at about 8pm on Monday night but they are one of the few places with bowling and games open until 11pm. Bring your wallet. Pricey! We had a lot of fun bowling. There are at least 28 lanes. The floor could use a wax. We had drinks and yes-they served a tasty Bloody Mary. They have bar-type food. We had nachos and tacos. Unfortunately, there was no cheese on the nachos. The facility was clean and the bathrooms were clean. There is free parking in a huge lot. Handicap accessible. read more

Yay, new bowling alley! I'm so excited to finally have somewhere to bowl closer to home for my family and I. It's located next door to Five Below at Southlands. There's plenty of parking and the space is really clean. Servers are great and love the arcade plus prize room. Only con for "real bowlers" are the lanes are a bit shorter and it's string-pin. Besides that, it's a great spot to hang out with family, friends, and/or colleagues with something for everyone bowling, arcade games, or grabbing food. read more

This lucky strike is my home away from home. I bought the summer pass for my daughter and myself and so thankful I did. it's a safe place to hang out, eat some yummy food, listen to good music and of course improve on my bowling game...which I have. it has been a slow process but that's part of the journey. I bowled a 186 a few weeks ago... not sure I will ever get close to that again, but it was amazing. The staff is top notch. I could list every employee's name for providing great service and is available to help or take orders but not pushy about food and drink and I appreciate that because sometimes I just wanna bowl. I do have a few favorites that I have to mention because for one reason or another I have connected with them and know I will have a great time from the moment I walk into the building to bowl. I absolutely know I will get superior service if Delilah covers the area I bowl in. She knows her stuff and gives great food recommendation. Even delivered toilet paper (it was almost closing time) to me in a time of need. We laugh about it now. Ava is chill and awesome and always has a smile and really made me feel comforted the night I came in to bowl following my dad's death just the day before. She was so caring and listened and just let me bowl and cry and didn't mak me feel weird about it. Honorable mention should be credited to Zeke (front desk) , Angel (beautiful and a great server, Drew (a manager) is the first person I met here. and Fiana (always positive and fun) Oh, I can't forget Marrisa, tends bar and is fast to get my drink or shot to me quickly. And well, she's just a bad ass bartender. Come bowl if you haven't yet. It's a fun place and has great staff. Might even pick up a spare or two. I'll most likely be here as well Happy bowling Ohhhh, i'm not really into the games, but they do have a nice selection of arcade games to play. I love the Photo Booth. My mom and I made a reservation for 2 people on a Tuesday for 2 pm and had a wonderful experience. Paid about $45 for 2 people with shoe rental for 2 hours. When we arrived, our lane had a welcome sign. Shortly after sitting down, Ben (the GM) greeted us with fresh and warm cookies. Both the sign and the cookies were such a great touch. We had Tamyra as our server who was very sweet and attentive. Ben made sure to also check on us throughout our time there and seemed to be helping Tamyra and the team out as well. Not often do you see the GM stepping in to help their team regardless if it's needed or not, simply because they want to help out and care. I saw him talking to guests, behind the bar making drinks, and behind the front desk assisting guests. Once we were wrapping up, Ben stopped by to thank us for coming in and dropped off a thank you card with 2 arcade cards inside with some play credit. We walked over to the arcade and played some games together which was the cherry on top of an already great time. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and special. The whole experience was very hospitable and very pleasant. We highly recommend. The location opened in October 2024 and is very nice inside. This is the nicest bowling alley I've ever been in. Our party of 12 had a great time the food was wonderful and bowling was amazing. We had such a fun night . Our family just came from a funeral and the first thought was let's go to Lucky strike in Southlands. It's New and the food and the arcade and bowling was something that we needed at the time. Lucky strike just opened up at the Southland shopping center about a month ago. I love that there's a huge parking lot with plenty of spaces even for larger cars. Went to opening celebration to see what the hype was all about. I've never been to a Lucky strike . I have a friend who worked at the previous business prior to Lucky strike opening . They laughed so hard when they walked in and saw that the prize vault redemption area used to be the bathroom area, and above that used to be office spaces. Lucky strike completely remade the area. The set up was so creative and open. There was a large arcade area with lots of different types of games. There was something for everyone-claw machines, sport games, racing games, and games for little ones. The process to rent a lane was smooth. You give them your phone number and you would get a text message saying that you were checked in they would give you a text message saying that they were cleaning the lane and then you would get a text message saying that your lane was ready. On the grand opening invite it said we would get to play a free bowling game with shoes included. They had a menu at the lanes to purchase food which I wasn't intending on doing, but as I was there waiting for three hours to bowl. I ordered their tenders and fries which I think was outrageous in their price offering at $16. For what you got , that was not acceptable at all! The pretzel and cheese offering was a more reasonable price. I would say order their avalanche nachos for the price and quantity ratio. Also, I saw that bao bun offering that you got more food on those plates. Same for the pizza. I still don't understand why the tenders were one of the most expensive items and the least amount of food. In the end, ordered a margarita , Pepsi, one bottle of angry orchard , tenders and fries and pretzel bites with cheese came out to a little over $52 plus a $10 tip. Middle of the road price for what I got ...not happy, not crazy bothered either. But like I said, you just have to look out for the best quantity for the best prices. I was explained by one of the team members, his name was Henry, who was so nice and took a lot of time to explain the concept behind Lucky strike. He explained about the pin string bowling lanes. They are about 5 feet shorter than regulation lanes. He was just an all-around friendly team member and really great to our party. Wendy was our server. She was fantastic. She was five stars on her customer service. She was so kind , checked on us the entire three hours as we were waiting. She refilled Waters and gave us whatever other fountain drink after the one Pepsi because the Pepsi was down throughout the day. It was just that one flavor that was down too. A member of our party had to catch a flight to Canada and was getting impatient after about the three hour mark and checked on our lane and they took us immediately. I don't know what happened with all that, but that was a little frustrating , again this is on a grand opening day with free bowling , there's gonna be hiccups. They were showing football games and the Goonies movie on repeat which was fun. The DJ was appropriate in the music, the bathrooms were absolutely sparkling clean. Lucky Strike is the newest bowling alley in town. It features great lanes, vibes and a gastropub (the food smelled delicious!!!). Their beer prices are very reasonable. A tower of beer was only $35 - which is a great price in my opinion! They also have an arcade area that's fun, including a Photo Booth! The prizes are also pretty good when you go to cash in your tickets. The prices are a little steep - but I'd consider this a luxury bowling alley, not your everyday bowling alley read more

Lived near southlands for almost 20 years. This new bowling alley opened up recently and we decided to give it a try. Super clean was the first impression. Got to meet both managers Jessica and Ben (General Manager) whom both were super pleasant and you can tell they wanted to be there. Had tons of tvs to watch the football game as we bowled. Food came out hot and fresh. My favorite was the cookie skillet. The arcade had really good games and they all actually worked! Super cool prizes as well. It took 40 minutes to check in at the front desk WITH a reservation, already paid for online. We then proceeded to our lane and the set up and start was very easy. When we needed drinks we waited 30 minutes for a beer and when we asked they said "we're pretty backed up" . We only ordered drinks. Basically, as long as you don't need any service; great place, if you need anything else you will be waiting forever. read more

We did the ball drop event on new years eve, which is from 9pm until 1am. This was our first time and I have to say we had a blast. Our 13 year old enjoyed it so much and we stayed up into the new year ( instead of falling a sleep at home LOL). Staff was fun and you could feel that they enjoyed being there. The food was great and plenty , more then I expected, party favors were great (maybe a little more deco) but over all, we have found a new tradition to celebrate the new year. read more

Amazing Experience!! My son celebrated his birthday party there with friends and colleagues. The moment we entered the building we were approached with smiles enveloped in an atmosphere of excitement. Great music, exceptional food, accommodating friendly staff and a very clean, well organized establishment. We were greeted by manager Ben. A gracious charming young man. Being our first time at this Lucky Strike, he politely went over everything that was covered in our party event. All our questions were kindly answered and we were escorted to our reserved sections where we met our waitstaff Wendy. To our surprise there was a huge welcoming sign with my son's name in lights. It was a beautiful sight to see. Wendy a lovely friendly lady with a heart of gold. The food setups were neat and fancy. Wendy did an outstanding job serving our party throughout. She was very attentive and helpful from replenishing beverages and clearing the used dinnerware's. Additional food and drink orders were made by guests and there wasn't any delay in servicing. We were pleased when Wendy assisted with the birthday cake presentation. She sliced and served each guest. Wendy also packed up the leftover food in individual portions for each guest to take home. A pleasant thing to do. Ben stopped by frequently to assure us if there is anything we needed to not hesitate to approach him. Everyone had a fabulous time. The 5.5 hours of bowling and arcade fun were the best celebration my son have ever had.
