Y'all the convenience of the package deals are amazing! They are worth every penny, because they take so much off your plate! The tacos though, they are honestly the best. I've hired and tried so many peoples tacos at parties but non like theirs. I don't know how I'm supposed to go back to regular tacos after eating theirs. People always announce last call and certain people will get up and get food, but with them when they announced, EVERY ADULT was up there getting their last plate! I had like 30ish guests all raving about the tacos. Some of them even wanted "lucky jumpers and Dj's" number. We received dirty rectangular tables with tape and old table covers tied the bottom from other events. There were a few white linens that were spotty. We received a damaged table that was bent and could not stand. We sent them a message the day before my baby shower and they requested pictures of the table which we sent right away. They did not respond. Why even ask if you weren't going to do anything about it? We didn't even get to use the extra table and we were short a table for my baby shower. When they text me they were picking up the table the next day, I had to remind them again that they sent a damaged table. He offered to refund me the price of the table and I accepted, however I still haven't received the refund. Unprofessional, inconsiderate and does not follow through. read more

I will start off by saying that their prices were good, very reasonable considering everything we rented from these guys and they deliver and set up everything for you. But they are VERY unprofessional. They text you at 12 am asking for information for the party, couldn't that at least wait until the morning? They originally told my mother in law that they would be picking up the stuff on Monday since Sunday was Easter but then they text me Sunday morning that they will be there within 20 mins to ONLY pick up half of the stuff? Common courtesy to call more than 20 mins ahead of time to give a heads up. We were very unsatisfied with the customer service but there wasn't much we could do since we already paid and had the stuff. It was a huge turn off and we would never rent from these guys again. I've rented from here before, they come in a good price, decent and I've only rented table and chairs and maybe a jumper are two. They are courteous and professional and they will set it up for you except the tables and chairs to put them aside. I haven't had any issues. Thank god and thank you for the service read more

They came and dropped off the jumper tables and chairs. Didn't bother setting up the jumper I texted the guy asking if he'd be coming back to set up he said no that we will not be in the area. Boyfriend didn't mind we figured it out with help of three little kids we carried it to where it was needed set it up and it was full of dirt, jumper had holes in knit portion, and they didn't leave everything to set it up. Called the guy showed him via FaceTime he claimed they normally set it up and clean it the same day they drop it off? Doesn't make sense why clean it at the clients house? Discounted 20 dollars that's it 20! Then! He's like don't clean it I'll come by tomorrow to clean it? Like WTF you literally just said "I won't be in the area it's not hard to set up" Tables all dirty chairs all scuffed up with paint. So ghetto. I would never use them again I'd order from someone else before them. Booked a Taquero for Cinco de Mayo weekend a month in advance since I knew it would be a popular weekend. We were given a specific price for a party of 100 people and received an invoice via text after giving a $200 deposit. 3 days before the event I received a text stating they tested positive for Covid. I was the given the option for a refund of my deposit or they had a friend that could fill in for our event. Also the price went up $120 due to an increase in meat prices. At this point it was too late to book anyone else. Due to it being last minute I was able to negotiate the price increase to $70 rather than $120. The day of the party "the friend" was 2 hours late. Thankfully we had appetizers but they went pretty fast considering the size of the party. She finally arrived, by herself, with a broken umbrella that she balanced on our patio cover to hold in place but that didn't work (It fell a few times while people were standing in line before she finally tossed it aside). The food was brought already cooked. It was good, which represents the extra star I gave, but not sure how fresh it was since it wasn't cooked there. She brought a small table but it wasn't big enough so we provided her with a bigger one. She brought plates but not enough so we had to provide our own. The price was to include making Quesadillas as long as we provided the ingredients for them. Before I brought out the tortillas and cheese she was telling guests she wasn't making quesadillas. I had to let her know it was included. I did not see it for myself but a couple guests said she was eating as she was serving as well. The whole experience was disappointing. The person I booked with was in contact with me the whole time trying to get an ETA for her arrival as they were not aware she would be that late. At the end of the night when it was time to pay the rest of the balance I let them know that I was not happy with the service and didn't feel the price increase at the last minute was fair. They completely stopped responding. I even reached out the next day and got no reply. I did pay the full price but I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. Very unprofessional. read more
