This was such a pleasant surprise in Bismarck, ND. Along with bar fare, i.e., burgers and fries, it has an eclectic menu. I ordered a rice bowl Szechwan style with shrimp. The chili tasted like it was drenched in ketchup. I ordered a burger that was supposed to have cheese in the middle of it but there was literally nothing there, and it was overdone. The nachos were decent, but that's about it. read more

The Tuna app was excellent however our French-dip and Philly Cheese sandwich were nothing special and overly greasy. The onion rings were over fried and not eatable. Very disappointed compared to the meals we have had in the Fargo location. We also had to ask 3 times for water. read more

I get pick-orders from here all the time. We order the bison burger and love it, especially when they get the "medium-rare" part right. Someimtes it is really overcooked, but I know a lot of burger places tend to do that... just with bison, if you overcook it, it becomes a hockey puck, yikes. But they are getting it right more and more these days and they are always really nice when we go in to pick up our order. One more note... ditch the cheap, gross cardboard to-go containers and get something nicer to use for your to-go food presentation. Thanks! read more

The two stars are for the service and ambience. Christina was great. Greeters were courteous. Ambience is really nice and comfortable. Love the patio even though it's west and south facing -- can you say hot and sunny?? But the food? It sucks. Like it's really bad. Except the homemade tater tots. Those are so good. My soup was lukewarm and so thick it was like they dumped it from a can and forgot the water. My friends' burgers were cooked to death. We went back thinking we'd had bad luck. Nope. Bland roast beef on sandwich. Mushy, gross fish and chips. Hello, it's a pub. The fish and chips should be good. Just skip it. The service was good but the entry where the hostess is very small and awkward didn't know where to stand!? I had philly cheese steak and it was average, nothing special at all , the fries were good though! the wife had chili and I tried it VERY GOOD also My wife wanted a clam digger (Caesar) drink and the guy didn't know what it was so he asked and they said they had no Clamato , a bar with no Clamato !?!? The popcorn wasnt good, tasted like white popcorn no salt no butter . I saw they had a 8 oz sirloin steak for $23 !?!? Why !?!? Might as well go to longhorn and get a ribeye or 16 oz prime rib for same price . The menu is mostly sandwiches and burgers and OVERPRICED appetizers ( $15) not my favorite place but can see how some people would like this place. I ordered that turkey wild rice soup the first time we were there and there was a lot of base but very little turkey or wild rice. Next time we went I ordered half order of nachos and you get mostly nachos very little chicken or cheese or anything else on it. I was rather disappointed and would not order it again. I ate at Lucky's 13 with my family on 5/5 midafternoon. I thought the food was good but a little overpriced. I was very happy with the lady plating the food. We didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a purple shirt, patterned skirt, and red hair. She was very attentive to the needs of one in our party with a severe food allergy and went above and beyond to make sure that none of the food sent to our table had any nut items. She was very friendly. I was less than impressed with our server, Marcus. He was abrupt and a little rude. We did need to flag him down to get a refill on our drink. Also, he was very unprofessional in his conversation to another coworker while she was clearing tables. I really do not want to hear about problems with other employees regarding their phone usage during working hours. That type of behavior was very disappointing to see. read more

We were traveling thru and burger sounded good. So off we went. Well we are so happy we stopped ! What a perfect burger ! And you plenty of options to choose from. I have eaten at this place three times (you know third time's the charm and all) I order the exact same thing all three times and received a different meal each time. I don't know why they asked what I would like when they could just have a menu that's says we'll surprise you... Service was less than perfect but that's par for the course these days. Don't eat here! The place wasn't half full, yet we waited 10 mins to be seated. Then after multiple and multiple staff either made eye contact or walked past us, no one approached us or asked us for anything. We ordered food to be delivered and the food was lousy~ it was cold old and stale~ and I got so sick When I contacted the restaurant they blamed Food Dudes and said that I had the flu~ really? They said Food Dudes was 30 to 40 minute late all night~I suggested they remake the food so it would be fresh~ they didn't want to hear about it~ put the whole blame on Food Dudes and basically called me a liar~I know the differenece between the flu and food poisoning and I didnt have the flu! I ordered french onion soup that the cheese was hard and old and lettuce wraps and fish and chips~ the fries were so old and disgusting~ I have eaten inside and the food has been ok but will never eat at this place again read more

The place looks great, very inviting feel and open concept. The staff was efficient and friendly. I ordered a Cobb salad and my wife had a half-plate Caesar salad, both were the perfect size. The Caesar looked great, but had a little too much dressing. My Cobb was fine. The turkey and ham could have been diced rather than re-purposing their thin sliced sandwich meat and it came with no bacon. A Cobb salad requires bacon! Overall, a good new place for Bismarck. Bad experience the burger smelled bad wasn't warm cheese wasn't even melted it smelled and tasted like old meat that was warmed up in a microwave couldn't eat it. Called an order in for take-out. The male who answered the phone was extremely short and sounded irritated. He hung up on me before I could even say thanks and bye. Food was not good, either out of a box or frozen. Ordered a mint blueberry mojito had to send it back. Couldn't even drink it. The food for the most part was cold. Had the Philly cheesesteak the meat was very hard to chew. The pizza rolls were good, but cold. Waste of my time and money. There was only two of us but many other groups of people consisting of 4 or more sitting around us. I could clearly tell we were treated with less enthusiasm than the larger parties because obviously they bring in more money and bigger tip. We waited at least 30 minutes but that was ok as I requested a booth. We were seated after a group of four even though we arrived before them. The menu wasn't very impressive at all. It's supposedly a pub but the list of beer was nothing different than you could get at an Applebees. My daughter ordered the hot dog from the kid's menu, it was luke warm and tasted pretty gross so we ordered something else for her. I ordered the Ahi Tuna which was way over-cooked, but ok enough to eat. We were never offered dessert or ever even given a "thankyou" by our waitress or walking out the door by the two hostess'. My husband called to make a reservation and whoever he spoke to said they would reserve for our big party. When we arrived the hostess was extremely, extremely rude saying no one would have taken your reservation and that all of the hostesses are appropriately trained and no one would have done that. Ate at Bismarck location for the second time on 4/26. The first time was in mid march and the food was awful. One sandwich had toast burnt black and the other bourbon burger was way overcooked and had no flavor. This time 4/26 I gave them another chance and my HALF sandwich and a bowl of soup were good but I did not receive a salad or chips as the menu states and the price (upcharge on the soup $2) for this was $15.99. That in my books is totally ridiculous and I will never be back. This is a $8 - $10 meal anywhere else in town. read more

I really wanted to like this place but it's a struggle. Ate there twice (in-house) and take out two times. First time was a group. Long long wait to get cocktails & food. Wrong meals were brought so we just ate what we got. Second time in house there were three of us - they forgot to make my nachos but I got then in time to take home since the others were done eating and we were still waiting. Third time we had take out. Asked for beef on our taco salad - got it home and it was chicken. Fourth time was take out. I got the prime rib French dip sandwich. The meat had a lot of grissel and they must have given me dish water instead of a'juis cuz it looked and tasted terrible. On the plus side portions are big and I like beer and their homemade tator tots. read more
