Small. Friendly. Well supplied. Great customer service. Plenty of parking - much needed

Lucky's is great! Convenient, friendly staff, great selection, supporting local instead of Jeff Bezos.

I get half-priced sushi rolls here every Tue. It's always tasty, quick, and cheap. Highly recommended.

I love this store. It's small and has interesting products. However do not buy their produce. Too many times it has been spoiled.

Supposed to be mostly organic but good luck finding that in fruits and vegetables. This place is a huge disappointment.

I only discovered Natural Grocers a few months ago and felt like I'd died and gone to heaven!…read more The Cheyenne location has: - super friendly helpful staff - an always packed high quality fresh produce section which is impressive for all organic - clean store - and plenty of variety - Their supplements section is massive! There's only been a very few items they didn't carry but it's so awesome to know that the default is organic and sustainably sourced. And the best part of all is the the prices are exactly the same as in a conventional store, if not better! You can't say either of those things about Whole Paychecks. I can't imagine why anyone who cares about what they put in their body would shop anywhere else.

Lately I've been shopping at Natural Grocers quite a bit - I first wandered in looking for specific…read moresupplements a vet specialist recommened for my dog (they had all of them - a great relief after I struck out on some of them at both Whole Foods and Sprouts), but I keep coming back because of their egg prices, tbh. For at least the past year I've been able to get beautiful, dark-yolked eggs for $3.99 or less, even when other grocery stores were charging way more because of avian influenza-induced egg shortages. I'm sure it's a loss leader, but like the Costco rotisserie chickens it gets me in the door to spend money on other things. In general it is a pleasant shopping experience now that I know the store layout - it doesn't seem to get as crowded as other grocery stores and their staff are always nice. My one quibble would be with stocking of sale items - they often seem to be sold out and/or limited selection.

I said no, he said try another pump, pulled up and the pump credit card reader worked perfect. I went back and told him he should put a note on the other pump. We finish pumping our gas and the receipts failed so had to go to the window to get a receipt. Sorry we bothered the employee just sitting there, maybe get off the chair and fill the paper and maybe check the other pump.

It's a nice store but the staff isn't that great in my opinion. Went there this morning at 6:00 a.m. The door is still locked so I had to walk around to the other side just to get in and pull it open myself. Went to pay for something at 5:00 after and there was one register a self checkout that was open. I really think the older lady that's running the show in the morning needs to retire or be replaced and she can go back to doing whatever she's is good at. As I was leaving at 6:06 she was walking out to finally unlock the doors. I asked her what time do you open and she did not answer me so I asked her again. She said 6:00 I said okay. As I looked outside there were a half dozen people waiting to get in to do some shopping. I hope Grandma realizes that most people that come here at this hour to shop are on their way to work and time is of the essence. Maybe you need to get somebody who can hustle in the morning and get the doors open on time and the registers working. She's got to be in her late '70s and could barely walk so maybe give the position to somebody else.

We stopped in on a Sunday to pick up lunch to have as a picnic…read more My daughter had not done this before so I showed her the salad bar, the cold pre-made salads and the hot bar. She headed for the hot bar while I made salads for myself and my husband. This is a nice option now and again if we want to just go to a park. I fixed my husband up with all his favorites and then did my own. My daughter was thrilled to find chicken tikka as well as roasted butternut and brussels sprouts. The store is well maintained and busy. The staff is pleasant. The parking lot always seems to be full. All the bins of food were fresh and well cared for.

Seriously what is management doing all day don't they walk around? Also, I am consistently flabbergasted by the fact that people don't know where anything is in their store or what certain items of produce are. Back in the day any decent grocery staff person was required to walk the store know it was on sale and know what the produce items were and if they didn't know they were charged with actually asking questions. I can't believe the lack of I don't know I don't care attitude. And honestly, that woman eating yogurt at the pizza bar just was over the top. Don't you give your people breaks? Disgusting. The cake case was barren of anything interesting. The cookie bar was void of most the usuals. Made it look like the place is on the decline and ready to go out of business. It's just sad. I remember when natural foods used to be a big deal and how things were done mattered.
