Maybe you need a little Muskatnyj Orekh (nutmeg), or Gvozdika (cloves) or a premixed blend to help you whip up some Lagman (Uzbek lamb soup), Lobio (Georgian bean stew) or even Morkovcha (spicy Korean-style shredded carrots).
