Her name is Kristin King. She is friendly and an overachiever which I find more than refreshing especially today when customer service is mediocre at best. She kept in contact with me on a daily basis and told me exactly where my insurance quote was while it was in process. I want to give her all of my insurance. She told me that she is licensed to do liability for auto and home, and has also got additional licenses to do health, disability and life. She seems to thrive on challenges which is amazing. She eventually left, and Sammy's wife took over; she is a rude woman with a difficult temperament who has absolutely no understanding of customer service. Because of her actions, Farmers Insurance cancelled my policy. When I explained the situation to Sammy, he simply remarked that his wife has a "strong personality"--a response I certainly did not expect from him. I had to go to great lengths to get Farmers to reinstate my coverage; I had to handle the entire process myself and ended up paying a higher premium--all because of their incompetence. Sammy has gone through several different employees in a very short period, and none of them ever followed up on my insurance policy in the manner I had agreed upon with the new employee he had hired. On the occasions when I tried to contact Mr. Sammy, he either wouldn't answer or would return my calls very late, as I was clearly never a priority for him. Now I find myself in a situation where Farmers has cancelled my policy once again because Sammy never followed through on what was agreed upon. (When I refer to "Sammy"--regardless of whether it was actually his wife or one of his new employees who was at fault--I do so because he is the owner and/or the person in charge.)
