Horrible. It's impossible to get through for a new policy. I called and called and called. I finally did and just put it on auto payment. They call once or twice a year and make it sound super important and dire and when you call back it's about trying to get you to bundle or up your existing policy. I emailed back and forth with someone in Jackie's office about a new insurance quote. Unfortunately, after providing them with my current coverage levels they kept trying to quote me with more insurance than I wanted (I had asked them to quote exactly the same coverage I currently had to make comparing easier). My mom had the worst experience with Jackie she has been giving her the run around for over a month. My mom filed a claim and never heard back and once she tried contacting the office her calls were never returned Jackie is very unprofessional and has made this process extremely difficult. Her staff has tried to step in and help but Jackie is the only one that can process this claim. This review serves as update to my once happy experience with State Farm. They have actually made this process EXTREMELY difficult and stressful. When I use they, I am referring to State Farm as an entity. They do not communicate with you about any updates regarding your claim. They will take actions on your behalf and not let you know. They are quick to point the finger at you, because at the end of the day it is more beneficial to them to place you at fault. "Like a good neighbor" is a joke. Worst Experience Ever! I could go in to detail on how bad this office is but I will give a few examples and let you read the other reviews. 1) No one answers the phone 2) Is there an agent at this location, really? Strange I've only delt with an assistant. 3) Why can't I get a call back, from the agent? Are they using her likeness and Lic number? Does she exists or is she a figment of our imaginations? And drum roll please... After jumping through hoops and going through the insurance process for over 4 months!! I get a letter from corporate that my insurance policy was decline as it was incomplete. How is that possible since I made two payments? More importantly why was I never told? Answer: The "assistant" DAVID never followed up with underwriting on a document they needed. After getting in contact with the underwriter I learn they had the document for over a month but NO ONE at Jackies Office called to follow up. Imagine going for months thinking we are insured and NOT after all of that back in forth. Here's your cherry on top: Your phone will ring off the hook! There automated system calls non stop to ask you for items you already sent them. So frustrating! read more

I have been a state farm customer for a few years however the branch I signed up with ( & had great service from) was absorbed by this one. I do not know how this place has stayed around. I have been trying to get a quote on insurance for a second home I am buying for almost 3 weeks now. Not once have they called me back when they said they would, my escrow cannot close until I get this insurance & I just wanted all my policies to be with one company. The responsiveness of Jackie and her team was so poor that we finally had to cancel. I'm not surprised that while trying to cancel I never heard back from anyone. I've never spoken to Jackie directly and only dealt with her office staff. Although they are polite they are very inefficient. You have to call back frequently to get anything taken care of. A huge thanks to Alma and Denise at state farm!! I totaled my truck two Thursdays ago on January 18th, I placed my claim call into state farm around 10:00 and after a brief 20 to 30 minute call, talking to real people and not an automated machine, I had a rental car reserved with home pick up included, my wrecked vehicle was scheduled to be towed and picked up for damage assessment and I was back on the road and functioning normally after only two hassle free hours! When I say this was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! Unfortunately I had to have an accident to receive this incredible service, but with that said knowing the trauma that was already causing, the help the people at state farm insurance provided just gave me such a peace of mind in a tough situation. They cashed me out on 4 days of my claim and 3 days after that I was in a brand new vehicle!!! I am so grateful to have been a member state farm for over 10+years! They have a customer for life. God willing I will not have to write another review about having a car accident again, but if I just do it's good to know the folks at State Farm have got my back. I absolutely love the staff and the services I have. I originally had just an auto policy and went in one day to pay my bill and one of the insurance agents asked me to sign up for renters insurance. I didn't want to but once he told me that it could lower my monthly payment I decided to. It decreased my monthly payment about $10 a month. Then a year later my neighbor decided to be an arsonist and burn his apartment which damaged my apartment making it uninhabitable. My apartment complex only wanted to pay for a hotel stay long enough to clean out the apartment under the fire gutted apartment that had severe water damage. I didn't want to live there so I stood at an Extended Stay and my fees were covered for over a month. I would hate to think what would've happened without this policy. If I could say anything I would say get RENTERS INSURANCE!!!! Items that were damaged by the fire were replaced, and my apartment complex was not held liable to replace it. This was the most stressful time in my life but it was such a blessing in the end. I will always have renters insurance no matter where I live. read more

I'm a current client, and I hopefully won't be for long. This place is HORRIBLE. No one returns phone calls. When you do get someone on the line, no one knows anything. They say "someone will call you back within the hour." No one ever calls back. They've had serious problems with my policies for several months, and no one seems to care. I'd know if they cared if someone would answer the phone (someone competent, that is). Avoid this branch like the plague. I am disappointed that I can't leave 0 stars or even negative stars. This is the worst State Farm agent I have ever dealt with. My family has been with State Farm for 15 years and always had great agents so when it was time to branch off onto my own policies I found Jackie Sanchez was closest to me. She seemed nice at first, coming out to say hello and even gave me a bag of goodies. Then when I needed help it all turned bad. No one could ever help me. David said he would call me back and I never heard from him again. When I called he would just say he would clal me back and never call me back. Finally I tried to speak with Jackie but she never accepted my call and refused to call me back. One day I called when I was parked in front and asked for Jackie. I was told she wasn't in the office but I could see her through the window. So I said okay and a few moments later went in the office to cancel my policy. Jackie came out and smiled and said it was great to see me again and tried to sell me life insurance. When I said no she tried to get me to refinance my car. I just cancelled my policies and left. read more

If I can put negative stars I will, I had state farm for years. For some reason my last agent was closed down State farm transfer me to this Agent. Honestly they are terrible never return phone calls. they say they will they never do. They had issue with there system canceled my policy never even notify me. Then they told me we can fix it they fixed it and charged me for the last month, my car was hit while parked by anther car. I call to ask what to do they said we take care of it. the main office decide not to cover.anyway other insurance company call me and covered everything. State farm made me pay for the period while they said i m not covered. so I ask if i m not covered why i have to pay for last month they said sorry we will credit you for that month. so they cancel my claimed .. State farm paid nothing.. State farm raise my rate by 20% for a claim.. agent was absent in all of this did no service they keep playing games and tell me they will call back and never return one call. I have 2 car and house insured with them.. the worst part agent office said I m covered by the main office said i m not. I paid for that time when i complaint they credit part and raise the quote .. scam tartest I blame the agent for not contact me on failure of automatic payment and never contact me Agent lied to say i m covered to take an extra month of payment Agent did nothing to help with confusion and fix qoute they told me to call the main office. Recently, New to filing claims, I incorrectly filed my claim under the wrong policy. within hours, she followed up with me and claims to correct it resulting in $0 deductible and quick payout. If they were a no rate or a Negative Star rating I would chose it. I've been a customer with this branch for years now. Every so often my premium would change with out notice. I would have to call them several times, send emails, send messages through the State Farm Website and I never got a follow up. This branch truly makes you feel like your not worth the time to get your concerns and questions answered.
