the worst!!! dropped off my work pants to have the zipper fixed paid ($17.92) in advance they told me it would take almost 2 weeks went back a week and a half later ‼‼ to pick up my pants and was told i never paid, didn't have the original receipt. (didn't think i needed it. this is the 2nd time this has happened) showed them my bank statement. still no help. no customer service. you've been warned!!!! read more

I gave a pair of shorts that had stains on the front and back. When I picked it up, it had all the same stains. When I showed her the stains, she asked me "did you point the stains out when you dropped it off". I was like "uh no, I gave it to you to clean and literally everything is still there. It looks like you just ironed it and gave it back".... She said they would correct it. Then when I went to pick it up today, she just gave me the shorts and turned around without saying anything. I said "thank you" and walked out. GUESS WHAT?? all the stain, literally all the stains still there. Why is it so hard to find a good dry cleaners.... on to the next. read more

I really don't like writing this review because I so hoped I had found my dry cleaner! After a recent week long company meeting I took my best suits and blouses in. This was my 4th visit with no previous issues. I took 10 pieces in on Tuesday Nov 21st. I returned on Fri Nov 24th but they were closed for Thanksgiving so I returned on Sat the 25th. There were 2 females there. The younger one working the register seemed to not be able to find me in the system. She spoke in Spanish to the other. The other lady was at the clothes rack looking at bags. The younger lady said it shows I already picked them up. She just looks at me. At this moment my stomach drops ---- all of my best clothes are in that order and i did not take a picture of each item, how will I ever re-coup this cost? I explained I have not picked them up and I came yesterday too and they were closed. At my insistence she cross referenced by my phone number -- nothing. Again she tells me it shows I have already picked them up. This only makes me more upset. Then the younger female starts a conversation in Spanish to the other and after a bit I said "Can you please speak English?" The young lady, in English, tells me she is trying to tell the other employee what she did wrong. I said how about you explain it to me first since I am the customer. Long story short...the other lady clicked the wrong button when accepting my clothes and made it look as if i picked them up 6 minutes later. They found my clothes. Better training and better customer service could have prevented this from being a big deal. We all make mistakes. The older lady did apologize for the mistake and genuinely seemed to care --- the younger one who has been there 3 months she said, was not one bit concerned about my clothes or the dilemma. She was angry at me! * this was my experience - yours may be different. I did not get names and am describing as best I can. read more
