They were not his size nor were they the brand that I paid for i.e. Vera Wang. Also when we were there getting alterations on Wednesday, Miss Tanya was fiddling with the bowtie. It was already damaged and broken, but she still put it in the bag which made me have to fiddle and toy with it to get it to work on Saturday. I feel like the service that I received from Men's Wearhouse in general was low. It's just a place to get tuxedos quickly and it definitely was not cheap. I paid 200 dollars and some change for a Vera Wang tuxedo and that was definitely not what I got at first. We came up to Men's Wearhouse about 630. My son's prom was at seven and they found his pants separated from his bag in the back, so literally they just gave my son someone else's tuxedo and did not check to make sure that it had everything for him that he paid for. We went up there. They found his pants. He ended up getting dressed there and he was able to get to the prom an hour later. The whole point of this review is just to say that when people are spending their money, they expect to get quality service as as well as the items that they paid for. When I returned my inventory on Sunday, no one asked how was the experience? No one asked how did it work out they just took it from me and said have a good day. I would rather pay two or $300 for a company that's going to appreciate my money then to spend my money with a company who just turning tuxedos over and over and over. I will never do business with this company again.

I had been very inactive and recently had a surgery. I had temporarily put on a little weight and all my dress clothes were too tight. My brother unexpectedly passed, and his funeral was out of state. In a panic, I searched Yelp and found this place. The reviews, all though good , do not do this business justice. I consider myself stylish, and I like to dress well for something important. I met with Antonio and I was very impressed with his taste and his knowledge of fashion. Antonio walked me through the entire process of selecting everything I needed. Antonio listened to what I wanted, and he made suggestions that made things look great. I was shown everything and we found exactly what I needed. I was fitted and Antonio worked diligently to have it ready. I was treated so well. I had never had so many compliments on my look. The best part is that I am one of Antonio's customers now. When I lose the weight, I'm back to have my suit altered. I have made a great investment on something that looks fantastic and I am proud to wear. I will definitely be back and I plan on bringing my sons for a fitting. Instead of a relaxed shopping experience, it feels like you're being monitored the entire time. The employees stationed near the fitting rooms act more like security guards than customer service associates. The tone was cold and overly watchful, as if every customer is automatically suspicious. It makes trying on clothes awkward and stressful instead of enjoyable. Retail is supposed to be about customer service and comfort -- not feeling policed while you shop. Definitely not the experience I expect from a department store like this. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Tip: If you plan to buy a lot, pick up the blue bins and go crazy. There's multiple cashiers located around Dillard's so you're not stuck behind crazy lines.

Had 2 coupons. both were $10 off $40. asked to buy half my merchandise 1st. and use coupon. then buy rest of merchandise with 2nd coupon. i would save a grand total of $20 and Kohl's would make $200 off the sale..she refused to split my transaction. noting "only one coupon per customer, period" my response: ok ill buy these items (half) and then put the rest on hold with customer service. leave, get lunch and come back. then ill use my 2nd coupon.
