I placed an online order on May 7, 2026 for delivery on May 9th for a 1 day "early" Hau'oli Lā Makuahine (Happy Mother's Day) bc I knew someone would be home. I had left instructions regarding delivery and it was followed to the "T" -- I had also called to check on the status as I didn't hear anything from my mom. The really sweet and kind woman that answered the phone, informed me that the delivery was made at 9:50am, today. Low-and-behold, I contacted my mom and she was like, "What time?" Said, "Oh, I was in the shower." She makes her way to the front door and a Beautiful Bouquet is waiting for her. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from Casa Blanca Flowers again!!! Unfortunately, the bouquet was not the custom design I ordered, and the custom banner I paid extra for was not made. I was almost given the flowers without a banner at all and was instead offered a pre-made one that didn't match my request. I understand things happen, but for the price paid, I expected the order to be completed as requested or to be informed ahead of time :(. especially since I called a day before to place the order and i've been here multiple times for other occasions.
