I am writing to share a concern about my recent experience with your shop. I initially called to ask about flower prices, then came into the store to make a purchase. When I arrived, the price I was quoted in person was different from what I was told on the phone. While that was a bit confusing, I had no issue with it and still completed my purchase without any problem. Later, I received a call from the shop expressing frustration about me calling to ask about prices and was told not to return if I continued to do so. I found this response unprofessional and upsetting. Calling to inquire about pricing is a reasonable and common question for customers, and I do not believe it warrants being spoken to in that manner or feeling discouraged from returning. I wanted to bring this to your attention because this experience did not reflect the level of customer service I would expect from a business. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively and used to improve how customers are treated moving forward. read more
