The new location is cramped and unpleasant. The former HB location was lovely and clients had some semblance of privacy. Now the cots are shoved up against walls, end-to-end in an area about 80% smaller. While I love my technician, the reverberating techno music from the hair place next doors clashes with the too-loud piano-plinking sounds overlaid with chirping birds and running waters played here. I get nothing but compliments whenever I walk out of this serene, lovely lash salon. The lash technicians and customer service are excellent, and I fall into a dream state every time I get my lashes done. What blows my mind is how long my extensions last. Even after a week of swimming in the ocean and rocking mascara, those gorgeous lashes just won't quit! (You're not supposed to wear mascara on those lash extensions, but I do sometimes.) Be realistic about what that photo will mean for you and your eyeballs. I'm serious lol. We all need a reference and will tell you what's possible. They will be honest and tell you what's possible so don't get all butt hurt If they tell you they cant! lol! 2. Wash your face right before. DON'T put makeup before the lashes. Including moisturizer. Also don't wash your face doe more than 24 hours. 3. Make an appointment if you can... everyone is available at certain times!!! 4. I have had my lashes done at many different salons in the area and I am blown away with Lucy's Lashes. Every single aspect of this lash salon is top notch. During my first visit, I walked into the clean salon and was greeted by a very sweet receptionist. She had me sign paperwork then helped me decide which lash style and shape best fits my face. I have never been given this option at any other salon so this was a huge plus! The receptionist was super helpful with choosing which style fit my eyes best, a combination of rainbow and "sexy". She then leads me to a large room with multiple beds. There is calm music playing and a few other clients getting their lashes done as well. She walks me to one of the beds and informs the lash tech of what style we chose and has me lay down. The environment is so clean, comfortable, and relaxing! The service took about 1.5 hours. The overall experience was great, but what I love most about this place is their lashes stay on longer than any other salon I have been to. Usually by the 3rd or 4th week, most of my lashes are gone. They must use some type of magical glue at Lucy's because my lashes still look good by the 4th week. My original plan was to just have my lashes done before a vacation, but I just keep coming back month after month because they are so darn good at what they do! They even make sure to jot down which shape they last did so every time I go in, they already know what to do. You really can't beat this type of service and quality. read more

I've been to many many places to get my eyelash extension but eventually I always come back to Lucy's. Their lashes is so comfortable and it last for a very long time. When it does fall off, it falls off evenly without looking ridiculous. Other places by the 4th week my lashes are all clump together and uncomfortable but not Lucy's lashes, the 4th week is still comfortable and still look light and natural. They did suuuuuch a great job and it didn't take long at all. My whole face was transformed! I even fell asleep for a little bit, Lucia was so gentle. Knocked a star because I came in and asked if they do any discounts for first timers or had any promos and they said no but when I checked yelp afterwards there was a promo. I am so disappointed in this place. I paid a lot of money to get a FULL set of lashes for an upcoming trip. Not only were they not full, they were uneven! When I returned after looking in my car mirror the woman at the front tried to tell me it was because of my eye shape! They added more lashes witch still did not look full. I had to go to another place to fix them and pay ANOTHER $100 plus. I was so disappointed. I don't think these techs no what they are doing or the woman at the front tells them what she thinks you should have. Never going back!! What a waste of money read more

I have been getting my lashes done for 4 years so this isn't my first rodeo. I am actually allergic to the regular glue so every time I get a fill, I have to deal with intense allergy issues such as runny nose/stopped up nose and itchy/watery eyes. My allergies can get so bad that I am miserable for two days, unable to breathe, and usually have to sit in a room with a humidifier. I decided to try Lucy's Lashes because they have the special glue for individuals like me that are allergic to the regular glue. I have had these lashes on for a week now and I am still incredibly happy. I have not had an allergy attack at all, they are light and comfortable, and they are beautiful. I am so happy! Please DO NOT waste your time and come here. I should've ignored the red flags when they asked you to PAY and leaving a tip first BEFORE the service (they claim that they were closing soon when i walked in at 5:15pm even though they close at 6:30pm) The area is clean but when i asked them to give me long at the ends TWICE and yet the end result i got was more of a dolly, rainbow looking.
