I am really picky when it comes to my lashes ... like I would get them done and removed at other places the very next day because I never found anyone that could do it the way I liked.. but the ones I got today I am keeping them on . Not only did they look absolutely stunning, Jana was so gentle and frequently checked up on me to make sure I was comfortable during the application process. I've been getting compliments left and right! I came in about 2 weeks ago and my lashes still look as fresh as the day I got them. Eyebrows: I have really sensitive skin with low pain tolerance so I always dread waxing HOWEVER, Lien (Samantha) totally changed the game for me. I was in a lot of pain. After some research, I contacted Dalash Beauty. Jana, the manager was genuinely concerned and I think she even opened early to help me. My eyes were too irritated for conventional lash removal, so Jana started to remove them individually by hand. Because I had a job interview the same day, she called in Haydee to help expedite the process. Haydee's hand was steady yet gentle and after all the lashes were removed, my eyes felt much better. Jana and Haydee did not try to upsell me on new extensions. Instead they recommended that I allow my eyes to breathe and heal, but because I had my job interview, Haydee gave me the lightest yet fullest lashes that my eyes could handle without causing undue stress. I was looking forward to getting a service done here, so I called like at 10:50am today and I asked if I could get a leg wax. The lady said yes, but can you come at 11:30am I said, yes that would be perfect. I show up at 11:29am and I go to check in I say "I'm here for my appointment at 11:30am" she looks at me and says "oh crap I forgot to tell the girl about your appointment" so she quickly calls the girl who I'm assuming is going to do my wax, then she tells me I have to wait until she gets here at 12 because she forgot to tell her. I had to be somewhere at 12:45pm and I didn't want to be rushed. It really sucks that I can't even leave a review on the service that I wanted to get because I didn't even get to that point, I think it's very unprofessional to waste my time like this, I didn't waste your time, I showed up at the time you asked me to show up!!!! read more

My friend and I want to do facial since our skin have been dry and flakey due to the seasonal changes. Dalash has a promotional discount for its grand opening so we want to try out. To our surprise, the staff is highly well trained and the salon is very hygienist and equipped. The facial staff Lien is super friendly and gentle. She explained all the process of cleaning as she went step to step in each process in details. We felt super relaxed and almost drift into sleep with the calm and peaceful music. To add in extra comfy, Lien also massage our neck and shoulders and legs. My friend also got his facial hair waxed and he is super content with the result.
