During lockdown, this place was a life-saver for many in the community, mentally and physically. Marina will forever have my respect and support for being brave enough to be one of the few gyms that fought closing at every turn for her community. That said, this gym has a beautiful tight-knit family vibe and structure. Never crowded, great vibe, and you'll see the same faces working hard every day. We have a collection of some amazing men and women athletes, all of whom are helpful and supportive, I honestly can't think of a safer or more positive environment to achieve your fitness goals. What Rebecca did was not in line with any gym environment I can think of. Rebecca threatened to physically assault me in front of at least three individuals who can testify, including an employee. You didn't cancel your membership,dude. You were canceled for physically threatening another person. Best of luck at your next MMA gym

    Lacks any form of Cleanliness. The sauna was dirty (in the women's) and my husband said the males…read moreroom was not clean. He described the shower saying: if you shower you are definitely catching something. It has stains everywhere. The women's room has never been swept or mopped. One of the showers is out of order. Lacks ventilation in there too, someone there told me they used to have a box fan. Owner, don't let the young kids run the biz you just bought into the ground. Here's a list you can give them: Clean mirrors with disinfectant. Clean sinks with disinfectant. Clean countertops with disinfectant. Sweep floors. Wash floors with soap and water add disinfectant. Dry mop. Wipe door handles with Lysol wipes. Scrub toilets with soap and rinse with hot water. Spot clean wall with disinfectant. Scrub and disinfect sauna with soap and water and scrubbers. Owner, give them the tools and supplies: Gloves, scrubbers, toilet scrubbers, disinfectant, broom, dustpan, mop, rags (plural). Easy.

She's in in front of me right now vacuuming and all the dust obviously is in the whole area. I have lots of allergies specially for dust. I had to leave the gym and skip my workout because that situation made me very mad really. We are in a very serious times right now regarding the pandemia and this lady is spreading all the bacteria's with her vacuum. I understand that is not her fault, she's just following instructions. But managers and owner of this gym; please, be more conscious regarding this pandemia and try to clean the gym while is closed not when people is working out. We need to bread heavily when we are working out and our poors are completely open. I hope you understand and do something about it.

    This is my gym now!! It is a CrossFit gym that offers membership like any other gym and offers…read moreseveral challenges. No you do not have to be a member to participate in a challenge. There are several different challenges that this gym offers. I did the "Hard Body Challenge" which is meant for individuals who are NOT interested in losing weight; This one is for individuals who want GAIN muscle weight. Another challenge which is the most popular, is the "20 Pound Weight Loss Challenge". All challengers take the same classes. I believe the difference is that in the 20 Lb Loss Challenge, challengers do more cardio as homework and the hard body challengers do more weights as homework. You can read more about each challenge on The Camp website as well or you can physically go and ask about the challenges. This gym is really well designed to keep you accountable! You have to sign up in advance for each class you take and you get charged for every class you sign up and do not attend, which is amazing motivation to get your butt to the gym! Another great motivator to COMPLETE a challenge is that you get ALL your money back if you complete it successfully! After you complete the challenge it is your choice whether you want to take your money back and never return, or put that money towards a year membership. If you are not able to complete the challenge successfully, you can still use the money you paid for the challenge towards a paid in full or month to month membership. In the challenges, you are also given a meal prepping plan which varies depending on the challenge you choose which helps a lot and you never go hungry. Why I love this gym: Environment. Playlists are fire! Positive vives only! Trainers are super supportive and encouraging. Very well ventilated and not crowded at all. Also, if you have a chance to attend a class after dark, they will give the room a night club feeling by turning off the main lights and turning on a few other party lights. Variety in workouts. You will never be bored of doing the same workouts. Mon and Thurs are upper body, Tues and Friday are lower body and Wed, Sat and Sun are full body. You have the option to come in on Sat and/or Sun but they do recommend to rest two days out of seven. Even if you do two days in a row of full body, workouts are always different. The corrections. Trainers really take the time to go around and correct your posture if you are doing it wrong to prevent injuries. You can modify each workout to your level or push yourself to lift heavier whenever you are ready For me, this way of exercising goes by super fast as opposed to a regular gym where I am in my own little world and trying to figure out what to do next What I learned: Not as hard as I thought once I got the meal prepping down. My mental/physical energy was boosted. Drinking about 1 gallon of water HELPS A LOT to reach the challenge goal (for whichever challenge you choose). I learned how to cook certain things like kale and make them taste good. In two weeks I was able two do a full push up! Not a knee push up, a full one. Obstacles: The hardest thing is definitely meal prepping. If you do not take the time once or twice a week to prepare meals, you will end up eating out and less likely to complete the challenge successfully. I would recommend trying out a class before you commit to a challenge or get the membership so you know if this type of workout is for you.
