The trainers are incredibly friendly and helpful, and help with form or any necessary modifications. I'd say about 10-20 people go per session and it's broken up into sections so at most you'd be with about 4-5 people in each circuit. I was intimidated at first but everyone is supportive and just on their own fitness journey. There are days that focus on lower body, upper body, or full body, with some cardio as well depending on if it is a "circuit" vs a "strong" class. There are many available times to go whether it is in the morning or evening. What's also a bonus is parking is not an issue since it is in a plaza. Highly recommend!

I was frustrated, still dealing with pain, weakness, and limited mobility, and felt like I wasn't getting the attention or guidance I needed for real recovery. So I reached out to Ryan and within one session, I felt a tremendous difference in my shoulder mobility, pain and strength. I can tell you that both facilities are good for beginners but the more you progress you might need more of a variety in workouts without the huddles and all the picture taking that's done when you're at The Camp. No one cares about your damn post workout pics people! @F45 after you book your workout on the App, you get your workout in and roll out; seriously, no bullsh*t! Also, they don't sell protein or supplements so go buy what you need on your own time or order from Amazon.
