This used to be a great pharmacy until the new owners took over. I've worked with Mark Luea and his wonderful staff in the adult foster care division for 20 plus years. They are all gone now and this pharmacy went downhill from there. Needless to say I had to switch pharmacies after all these years. Such a shame. The new owners know nothing about customer service. I'm sure they will lose many long standing customers in the AFC division because our consumers depend on US to make sure they get ALL their medications. Shame read more

I'm a medical professional, and I must say that I've never been treated by a pharmacist so dishonestly. They are in it for the $$, forget the patient-and they don't even hide it...makes me wonder why. I had to pay cash for my compounded topical prescription, and recieved 2 large containers. Months later, when I had the same exact prescription refilled,, but got 2 smaller containers, for a different price. I called and talked to Rich-he's supposedly the pharmacist who filled it, as his initials were on the bottle. He told me that they couldn't do it all at once, as it would outdate. So I told him if that was true, that for months that I'd not been getting my medication. He could not figure out how he got caught in this lie?? I told him I was aware that his initals were on the bottle, and he just smiled and looked away. What kind of a place does that? So by doing 3 bottles, they were attempting to DOUBLE THE PRICE. Also, the second time, my med was supposed to be mailed to me; instead, they called and told me I could come get it. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! read more

The worst service ever. Deliveries are consistently late and to the wrong address. Medicine shipped on ice comes in late with ice nelted.

This review is a little late to post. Since I drive by it everyday I still feel compelled to say something. I was treated pretty poorly there post having a baby. Upon arrival I stood at the counter while employees never bothered to address me. When someone finally did go get my medication, I had questions about how to use the ointment. The pharmacist told me I would just have to wait a second and walked away. I think it's ridiculous and sad that a local pharmacy treat s local customers this way. I have never returned and will never ever recommend this place to anyone. read more

Took my script back because they never got it done! Took it last Wednesday said they would call the next day. Called them Saturday, voicemail. Called Monday, voicemail. Went there and was told they needed to call the doctor because they thought the script was wrong. They had from last Wednesday to call the doctor. Took my script back and left. read more

Not helpful and they don't answer the phone or call back in a timely manner. They were rude and condesending. One person was not professional at all. I am hopefully going to find a better compound pharmacy for my dog. read more

If I could give it a zero, I would. Many of the same things that other reviewers have written have happened to me as well. Used to be a great pharmacy but no more. I have yet to receive my medications on time. I have yet to receive all meds that are due by the due date. I have yet to get a straight answer regarding delivery of my meds. Usually, they don't even show up, call or anything. Then I have to wait another day. I have yet to be able to have meds on hand by the time I run out. Some staff is just plain rude and make no attempt to track down where my meds are. They never call when they discover that they have to special order, or if on back order, or if they can get it at all. This is the first pharmacy that had me call all local pharmacies myself to see if they have my medication and then make arrangements for them to fill my script. I am a high risk patient and I need my medications filled correctly and on time. I can't take it anymore. I guess the only good thing about doing their calling for them is that I found more friendly, competent, and helpful staff. read more
